Very good service. I rented a bounce house with three slides and it was so clean that you can see yourself. The person who rented the bounce house, evelyn, sandy and richi, were so polite and very helpful. The price is very good for what they give you. It is cheap compared to other companies. It is very recommendable and I will always work with them. Muy buen servicio!! Yo alquile un inflable con tres toboganes y vino tan limpio, que podrias ver tu reflejo. La persona que me alquilo el inflable, evelyn, sandy y richi, eran muy amables y te hacen eligir lo mejor. El precio es muy bueno por lo que te dan. En verdad es barato comparando a otras companias. Es muy recomendable y siempe voy a trabajar con ellos.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this company! I rented a train based on what they advertised on their website for my 3yr old sons birthday party. However, what they send is a piece of junk that looks nothing like the one on their website. When you call to complain to the manager, Ricio, hes very rude! It is only then that you find out that they have 3 trains that they rent. This information is not disclosed to you at the time of rental which he claims they dont have to do. I would never do business with this company again. They are dishonest and base their business on false advertisement!

Rishi and his team at Universal Rentals and Events went above and beyond to make our pre-wedding dinner party and wedding ceremony a success. Rishi was extremely easy to work with, very responsive to e-mails and phone calls/texts, and provided personal experience to make our events perfect. They provided us with tables, chairs, colorful table linens, space heaters (which were necessary for our outdoor event last February), outdoor lighting, and a stage base for our wedding ceremony. Set-up was punctual and everyone was very professional. Highly recommend this event rental company!

Universal Rentals and Events found me the perfect wedding coordinator, Evelyn. She was contacted to organized my wedding within a two week notice. She made my wedding happen just the way that I dreamed it to be. All segments of the wedding were all put well together, from the decorations, wedding dinner, entertainment and clean up. Her work is outstanding and beyond any expectations. She made your dream become hers. Jack and I thank her very much for a wonderful day of our lifes to remember. I rented a bounce house for my 4 year old daughter and they brought the wrong one. It was supposed to be an octopus and instead we got a shark. On top of that it was filthy inside and stunk like wet rags; even though it was a dry bouncer. If that wasnt enough the netting was torn and the house deflated with my daughter and son inside. Never received an apology just nasty attitude as they tried to refute all the issues.

Evelyn and her whole team were a joy to work with. From my very first email communication and phone call to the last chair being put away at the end of my event. The food was amazing and the team was extremely nice to all of the guests making them feel very comfortable. This day could have been very stressful but Evelyn and her team made it a breeze! The only place I turn to when Im having an event. Rishi and his staff are very professional and have gone out of their way to handle my often "last minute" request. Ive been coming here for years and have never had an issue.
