Well, I had a package say it was delivered to my home and it was not. I actually saw the mailman deliver mail that day and I had none. I waited until the following day to see if maybe it got delivered a day late. The mailman wrote down a note and said he was going to check with his boss. Low and behold I get my mail today with no information regarding the "delivered package." I called the United States Post Office off of E. New Haven Ave. approximately 10 minutes ago, at 14:31 on Wednesday 17th, of May 2017 and I was told, "nobody is in the office, but they will be back in about an hour and a half." Im simply trying to track a package that the USPS lost and they do not have the time nor the personnel to be bothered.

Ms. Susan Hawkins was the sweetest postal service women Ive met! Service was bat none and quick!
