Service is very HORRIBLE!!!!! They always delivery my packages to the wrong places. I have had several tickets opened regarding locating my packages. If I coukd use another company I definitely would. Came in an the lady got an attitude woth me because the delivery driver did not file out the "sorry we missed you form". The lady at the counter does not know how to work her system. Several people in line with the same issues. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!

No complaints, works smoothly. When shipping things out, you go to a PC and fill in all of the shipping details including from and to addresses. They then print a label with the information on it so dont worry about writing on the box before getting there. As other reviews have said, it is a small room with one worker so the lines can take some time, but overall I prefer shipping here versus at a UPS store or a Staples.

Ups sux. My package been sitting in orlando and i call them and they said its gonna be 3 more days. Its only an hour away. Fed ex is the best. Ups is garbage

This UPS center is very small and mostly managed by one person so be prepare to wait if you are picking up or sending a package from here.
