I order something online and did not received the item. Check Fedex tracking information and it says that I signed for it but I was at work during that time. I called them and they opened a ticket, waited 2 day with no call back. I called again and they just say that there is no updated. I went to the local FedEx shipping station to maybe see if I can get a better answer, wrong. The lady at the station had an attitude and same answer, no updates. Plus she said “it’s a process”, how long then ? She said she doesn’t know. I then call in the following day and got the same answer from FedEx customer support. Seem like they don’t know what the hell they are doing and the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand does. How hard is it to ask the driver where and what he did with this package. The longer I wait the less likely the driver will know what he did with the package. Also, FedEx doesn’t have time line on filling a dispute or lost package, there answer for everything is “It’s a process” or “they don’t have an answer now”. I’m not even sure they try to contact the local shipping station. I never had a problem with Fedex but their service is getting worst.

My experience was really disappointing. Due to I always use this ship center and I work for American Airlines also I know how important is the costumer satisfaction. previously the other clerks have been great but today I walked in looking for an estimate on two medium large boxes I needed to ship to New Jersey over night and the clerk on duty literally joke around saying its going to be expensive no knowing if the reasons why I wanted to ship my items overnight and using as example a envelope that will cost $40 imagine your boxes while was almost done with the costumer and told me well we are about to close so make sure you want to ship them and then later on tell me "oh no is too expensive" and they are about to close but he was still chitchating with the costumer and in all honesty I ASKED WAS FOR HOW MUCH WAS GOING TO COST I INLY NEEDED A QUOTE. Its sad that now days its more important to be out of work on time or due less to keep costumers happy.....

I went into this store and there was nobody in the lobby. I waited a couple of minutes to see if someone would come out of the back room. I called out because I wasnt sure if whoever was manning the counter heard me come in. The Rep came out, and told me that I needed to be patient because she was all alone! If she had called out and said, Ill be out in a moment, I would have understood. Instead she came out expecting me to understabd that she was alone and on a call in the back room. When I asked if I would be getting a receipt, she scolded me again because she had already told me to be patient. I just wanted to understand the process not because I was being demanding. This person needs some serious customer service training!

The employees at this location went out of their way to make sure I received a medically-necessary package on time, although it was deemed "undeliverable" on the first attempt. The driver was kind and understanding. Thank you!!! (However, the FedEx headquarters telephone customer service- not helpful AT ALL- everyone told me something different and no one knew what was going on with the package... so frustrating!)

Driver is horrible the whole service is a joke it took 4 days for an overnight even after getting credited back. Driver never came to the right address and when they do I no longer want it but they deliver it anyways ANY DELIVER FROM FEDEX WILL BE RETURN TO SENDER I DONT CARE WHAT IT IS. BOYCOTTING FEDEX

This store is ok, but for late hours or weekend schedule i recommend that you go to the FEDEX | DHL store at 10477 Bird Road, they give a 10% discount on all Ebay sellers, and they are open on the weekends too.
