Not happy at all with this place. It used to be great. I went to get my hair done February 23rd. I told the lady Sylvia what I wanted. I even showed a photo. She was happy and confident to do it. When all was done, it looked like I had just boxed colored my hair! She was so kind and I thought the shampoo and conditioner would make it stand out. It didnt. I called about 2 weeks ago to tell them my concern and also that Ive had some personal issues going on with my daughter so I couldnt get in. I was told that she did what I asked and that maybe I just need a different hair salon. Well for as much money as I put down that day Im livid. I spent 251 total there. I was offered a 10 percent discount just for them to touch my hair up. I understand its been 6 weeks but I should of gotten what I asked for in the first place. When I went back to confront Sylvia she was very rude and almost irritated to work with me. There was a lady Mary that used to work there and I wish she was still there. Mary was great!

I am hoping my next trip to this salon is better , took my daughter in for a blonde ombre and it was not done right and the woman had to do it twice , I dont understand why it is so difficult to just get what we wanted ...After saying I can get it done again free of charge if under a week and unhappy they called me to try and tell me I had to PAY AGAIN , this is after I spent 150 dollars on the cut and color . They said that sometimes a color is not guaranteed after I said it was what I paid for and to call the corporate and discuss with them ..when I explained I wanted the ombre higher ( the ends of my daughters hair was the only blonde pair ) then exasperated the manager then said I can come in free of charge . My app is tomorrow and I already have a bad taste in my mouth throughout this . I hope they can do the right thing tomorrow so I can update my review .

Very skilled at cutting hair and I got the exact style I wanted, the only thing holding me back from 5 stars is that I noticed the brushes hadnt been cleaned out or sanitized between customers and the stylist ran a brush with somebody elses hair still in it through my hair. So that grossed me out. Other than that Im happy with my cut.

This was a horrible hair cut for my daughter. Sylvia was the hairdresser and she butchered my daughters hair into a uneven cut. She went Edward Scissorhands all over her hair with a result that has my daughter using a hoody to cover the disaster. Had to call the company up for a refund. Never will we walk in there again.
