1 year ago I wouldve given this place 5 stars. Before the relocation, I would come to this shop to get my hair trimmed. The only place I trusted to properly trim my ends. The service was excellent because I had an excellent stylist who treated me like a valued- customer. She always did an amazing job!!! With the new transition, its almost like management is hiring anyone with basic credentials. About 3 weeks ago I had the worst customer experience during my last trim visit. I was very tempted to get up and leave after the rude comments made by the stylist. But I sucked it up because I really needed my hair trimmed. I trusted that she would do a good job as I have received good service from Lucky You in the past. My hair is in even worse condition than it was when I entered the shop! My ends look awful! And I was really hesitant to leave this review at first. But everyday I look at my hair I am extremely disappointed. I am not sure what method she used to trim my hair but it clearly did not work! Not only did I receive attitude during my service, I was charged 3x more than normal, and my ends turned out a mess! Sadly I will not be returning to this salon...but just a suggestion to management not to hire primarily because of skill... or in this case lack there of... but the stylist should also be good with people. The stylists are truly what make the experience and this particular stylist who shall remain unnamed did not give two cents about my customer experience, my opinion, or my hair.

Great Salon!!! I have been twice now and I can honestly say this is a top notch salon. All the ladies there are very professional. My appointment has always started ON TIME!!! I really appreciated the initial consultation required before my first appointment, showed their professionalism, which I feel is lacking in most salons. Ashley, was very patient in answering all my questions and educating me on some things as well. I will definitely be going to this salon from now on to help in maintaining my natural hair.
