The large older woman Michelle is absolute garbage. Do not let your children come here. Not only did she insult me the whole time my fiance was getting her hair cut but to make her cry telling her she looks terrible just because her hair was in poor shape is unacceptable. To be spouting off profanities the way she was in a family environment regaurdless of who is present. I will never return anywhere this rude unproffesional and disrespectful employee works.

Ive brought my daughter there before and recently myself and i couldnt be happier with the service. The stylists are all great so far, friendly, understanding and do exactly what you want. Ive never had a wait before, neither has my husbands, we are always seen immediately. Their prices are great too!! Highly recommended.

Dont take your small children here. The lady that cut my sons hair was awful. She was not friendly at all. And my son was crying the whole time. First I thought it was because he needed a nap. But later found out that it was because she left cuts all over his head. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Waited 35 minutes one day and 2 others that had signed in online were called back before me. Yes I get technology but common sense should rule sometime. Even after the wait one of the stylists said it would be 20 or 30 more mins. I walked out with no haircut.
