update 3/5/17: went back for a cut, new staff. place felt somber and high tension. my stylists was really nice but did not receive a good haircut. Im very disappointed again and need to find a new stylist again. i really enjoyed Crystal, she was happy, funny, and did great work. the manager was rude to the employees and treated them like children. she sat in a chair the whole time aggressively flipping thru a magazine and had a very unpleasant look on her face. not paying attention to the full lobby of customers at all. been bouncing around since i moved here 4 yrs ago getting bad haircuts with the occasional ok or even good cut. even got jacked up at the fresh market location. running out of options i finally took the extra drive down to this location and WOW, what a difference! the atmosphere, the stylists personalities, and Crystal absolutely gave me the best cut Ive had since leaving home. still looked amazing 3 weeks later. i slacked a week here and heading in today, i recommend you do to if youre looking for a great haircut with a fun experience.

I have been going here on and off over the past couple of years. Never had any issues until a few months ago. I had 3 pretty crappy cuts by different people. I was done with it at that point. But I recently went back & gave it another try & glad that I did! The stylist I liked was back! So if you go only let GUY do it!! He is the reason for the 4 stars!! :) Thanks Guy! My first and third haircuts were done by Theresa and were great. She fixed my second haircut too when I came back the next day. Avoid the bleach blonde woman with extremely short hair. She gave me half of a haircut, and smells way to heavy of cigarettes to be working closely with a customer. Her volume could be toned down a bit too... Ill return for sure, but she will not be cutting my hair.

Im under my sons account. My name is Erica. I visited once. The cut was barely done. Returned the next day. Again cut barely done so I spoke up and asked for more. Now one side of the back is shorter and thinner than the other. To fix it would be shorter. I have grown my hair for a few years and I am not happy that now I go short or crooked.

This place saved me from Super Cuts by the Fresh Market...they botched my hair and this barber Donna fixed it in 5 minutes and she actually cares about customer satisfaction...I and my son will be coming back here for sure... Thank you!
