Disastrous!!!!! If i could I would rate this place -10!!!!! I have never ever dealt with such a unprofessional, dysfunctional, uncaring, group of people from the stylist all the way up to the regional director. After a week i still havent heard from one district manager, the regional director NOBODY!!!!! I Have had to call twice a day and nobody calls back or even tries or has any care or concern about my issue. I cant even get my money back.This wbole situation is so wrong on many, many levels. I guess now I have to sue these idiots.
