Ive been going to Kim Diamond at KIMestry Natural Hair Salon since Sept 2014 and Ive had two of her herbal smoothing treatments with the diamond blowouts and hydration treatments throughout the last seven months with colored ombre already in my hair with no breakage. Ive been going natural- no chemicals since March 2013 and let me just say since Ive been going to her I havent seen my hair more healthy the thickness alone is so worth it! I would recommend her to anyone who is going through the transition stages of natural hair even with color. I personally didnt wear my hair "natural" before but thanks to the herbal smoothing treatment I am able to wear it both straight and curly now. I get compliments all the time due to this terrific lady and her talent, her customer service is stellar and shes just generally one of the nicest, funniest and most reliable person Ive met. I will continue to go to Ms Kim Diamond at KIMestry Natural Hair Salon and even once she expands her brand outside of the Columbia area I will make the trips to see her wherever she goes. She has earned my respect and loyalty as a natural hair customer.

Really disappointed. Unprofessional on phone. Stated it wasnt possible to make an appointment online! Wouldnt respond to my texts. Wouldnt return my call after I submitted pictures and agreed to price quote. Went to shop in case there was a misunderstanding. Five cars behind house but no answer after knocking on front and back doors!

Roshanda was supposed to do a certain crochet braid style. I even emailed a pic to her and showed her on the day of service. She messed it up badly! She sent me home with bantu knots that was not dried completely bc she had to work that night. I asked for a refund and was denied. Have to sue to get money back on horrible service
