I have very short hair. I go here in between highlights. The service used to be good and consistent. Then all of a sudden I went from being charged for a trim to a full hair cut. My hair is within the guidelines for a trim. But because they shave my neck and my hair line some stylists consider that a haircut. I brought a certain amount of money with me (the price for a trim and a 8$ tip) well since she charged me for a full haircut. Her tip was much lower. She looked at me and said this is it?..I will go to howland from now on. Oh and after I left I had to have one of my girlfriends fix what the "stylist" missed..

My 4 year old daughter is the opposite of terrified when it comes to hair cuts. She loves it and is so excited she cant sit still and laughs loudly, she is doing what happy kids do. However, I can say working in the professional world kids can sometimes be annoying (yes, I love her) and hard to work with when they have a ton of energy yet they still went above and beyond and my daughter is already begging to go back, thanks guys!

Some of the girls are nice but the others are either racist or rude. If you are a GOOD STYLIST you could find a better job. If you are a customer haircuts are supposed to be completed in 13-17mins so u get wat you pay for. (Which isn't much!)

Im a guy and have one of the three hair styles guys wear. This place doesnt usually have super long lines and they can usually cut guy hair pretty quickly. I go here because its pretty cheap and fast.

Took my child here once and this one girl, something started with an M, completely messed up the haircut. Was nothing I wanted. She definitely didnt get a tip from me!
