Brian, one of the owners, came for an emergency at our condo unit. When I called he said he needed a credit card so I gave him mine, but told him the condo association was responsible for paying. He said he would charge them if I gave him the details when he came. When he came here, I told him that the condo rep was on the premises and she would make paying arrangements with him. He argued that I had called and that I was responsible for the payment. I reminded him of what he had said and asked him what difference it made to him who paid. After some humming and hawing I figured out that my credit card would go through immediately while he would have to wait for the condo ass.s check. Eventually, he said he would accept payment from the condo ass. and wouldnt charge my card. Later I checked my records and saw that he had charged my card. Generally speaking, he was uncooperative, confrontational, and unpleasant. It was a hostile and dishonorable interaction. Not a good experience.

We had an emergency at one of our stores in regards to a glass case that was remote-control powered. When calling this company they said they could go out for $125.00 service charge. We gave the CC info and told them any additional repairs or charges to please give us a call. The following day I found that the tech was at the store for a total of 5 minutes and determined it was a mechanical problem and they could do nothing. This 5 minute trouble shooting cost us an additional $125.00 which left us with $250.00 charged on the credit card and absolutely no progress on this job. Very unhappy with this company and do not feel that they are looking to work with you in the least. Would not recommend using them at all.
