Wow! I run a small business and it kills me to leave a one star. It is simply not my style, but I have to speak out. I am shocked at the phone conversation. First, she determined that I needed to update my entire electrical system within 30 second. She kept cutting me off, so she did not know the entire problem. After I told her part of the problem, she then decided that I COULD NOT have an appointment until she talked to my landlord. Are you NUTS? Fist, my landlord would be doing the calling if he/she wanted to talk to you. They will not even talk to me and I have to go through a company. In addition, I was going to pay you and right the bill off on the rent. But instead of explaining that, I hung up. Please- let people finished talking before you cut them off. Second- Do not tell people they have a 7,000 dollar problem over the phone until you send out a tech. Third- its non of you business who is paying for the service, as long as you get paid Fourth - I normally do not get offended at pet names, but "Dear" and "Hon" come off condescending I am very sorry. But I have a business to run and I need to know if purchasing a new dryer will reduce the amount of times the fuses blow in the house. The dryer is essential to my business. And- I need a recommendation in writing. I am sure that would have been an easy 89.00

Im usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with the BEST electricians at T-Volt Electrical Contracting in Ft Lauderdale was top notch and I felt that I owed it to them to let everyone know about their 1st class electrical service! I am a general contractor in Ft Lauderdale and ran into an emergency at one of my sites. I needed an electrician and I needed one fast. I used my cell phone and searched on line for Ft Lauderdale Electricians and also Electrical Contractors Ft Lauderdale. T-Volt Electrical Contracting really stood out to me so I gave them a call. Boy am I glad that I did. The owner Wes happens to be a 3rd generation electrician, was extremely helpful, and had an electrician to my site within hours. His electrician knew exactly how to repair my issue and had me out of my jam in no time. The service is excellent and I have continued to use them till this day for any electrical services, repairs, or renovations. I have finally found fair, honest, and hard working electricians in Ft Lauderdale and I will be a customer for life. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of electrical services to call T-Volt Electrical Contracting in Ft Lauderdale!! Thanks guys!!! You truly are the BEST Electrical Contractors in Broward County!!!!

Outstanding ! I had some fairly major electrical work done, both at my house, and at my "Man Cave". I am absolutely delighted with the entire experience. The prices were fair, Susan at the office was very polite, and right on top of things. The technician "Moe" was always prompt, courteous, and extremely efficient. At first I only wanted them to do a few major items, and I figured I would get around to doing the rest myself one day. But after the first few hours I was so impressed I just decided to have Moe just go ahead and do it all. I am so relieved to find a company, and people in this day and age that you can depend on. I will tell my friends.

We have used T-Volt Electrical in the build up of a new 480/277 VAC service entry to our teleport facility in Miami and we are very satisfied with the quality of work and handling of the whole process by T-Volt . Wes, T-Volt owner and his assistant Susan are very professional and did an excellent follow-up of the process , handling all interfaces with FPL and the City for a successful and timely conclusion of the project . Its also important to mention that T-Volt was very straight and correct in handling not only the technical side but also all the money side . We highly recommend T-Volt .

I had an electrical issue w/ the AC constantly shutting off when you would turn alight on.....I called these guys & they came out right away, told me that the breaker was over loaded & they would change it where the AC had its own breaker, the tech was very knowledgable & explained the process......30 mins later the issue was fixed & it didnt cost me alot of money.....& the tech even cleaned up his mess. I was very happy w/ this company & definetaly would use them again.....Thanks T Volt!

Wes has excellent customer service and his guy Moe is a very capable no nonsense technician. Replaced main power feed, upgraded to 200A service, new sub panel and ran service to new air conditioning. Wess years of experience afford him the ability to quote a job correctly from the get go and, in our case, he was significantly cheaper than two other electricians because he was smarter and knew a better way of going about the task. No reinventing the wheel, just doing it right.

Simply the most disorganized business I have ever spoken to. Susan who is the most rudest individual I have ever talked to on the phone put me on hold over 8times to deal with other things or people. Gave her all info and said Wes would call me by end of day. I called next day and she doesnt remember me? Put me on a min hold again.......stay away from these clowns if this is how they run a business imagine what would happen if they actually finally and do show up to work.

T-Volt is awesome! After a small storm our kitchen was without power due to some water damage. I had family coming to town and my landlord couldnt get someone to come out and fix our electrical issues right away so I called T-Volt and they saved the day! Although the repairs were minor they were professional, fast and inexpensive. They will forever be on my speed dial for any future issues, I wouldnt think of using another company! Thank you!!

We had a power failure the other night, and I had to get it back on before I could leave for work so all the food in the fridge wouldnt go to waste. I called T Volt, they gave me an estimate over the phone, sent an electrician out, he got the power back on really quick, and best of all it cost exactly how much they said it would!
