We are amazed & so thrilled with ALL of their contracting services! These guys are unreal. Their crew was above & beyond what we ever expected. One VERY IMPORTANT fact, when I checked out their information (in particular if they were insured) they were exactly as they represented. We had more "contractors" present us with the paperwork that said they were insured & when I called to check we found out most were not! Simonian is DEFINITELY insured. Thats very important! We were also presented with a WRITTEN estimate & then we were required to sign an agreement that listed everything, knowing that anything above this would be "extra." I ended up adding one component for the walk-in closet & was told when he went to get exactly what I said I wanted that this was going to be extra. They do business like true professionals! If you let someone into your home without having a written contract, checking to see if they truly are licensed & if their insurance is current then youre foolish. These guys dont even make it so you have to do footwork because theyre honest. But when I did my due diligence they panned out well. Even better, they went above & beyond when it came to the end result! We have used them now for 3 different projects. They have done everything in our home from demolishing a bathroom to building a new room/walk-in closet & painting most of our interior top to bottom. Small jobs or big ones, these guys not only know what theyre doing but theyre affordable. They truly do understand the term "budget" and unlike many one stop shopping contractors who can do it all for you, they are very real. I loved that Dave came out and helped me determine where the money should be spent to give it the little extras you always want. He helped me with some ideas and suggestions. That is priceless. Sometimes you think you want one thing but when someone in the business knows about new materials, techniques, etc. you find out youre a lot happier with another way!! I cannot say enough about how courteous the crew was & how well they cleaned up after themselves afterwards. We not only highly recommend them but we HAVE used them for a number of projects now, big & small. Seriously one of the best experiences Ive ever had & I was kind of afraid of the whole contractor dealings from some of the horror stories Ive heard. No horror story here. Nothing but very good, expedient, courteous, knowledgeable & affordable work that they will make sure youre happy with before they say theyre done!

Owner is very impatient and will try to start working without your permission. Called them for a free estimate the next thing you know they are trying to bill me for things that were never estimated or agreed on. Owner became very violent speaking over the phone making threats. Filed complaints with local consumer attorney generals office was told he had no authority (no written contract) to bill me for anything. Website claims they have served Erie for over 20 years but this business is being ran by different ownership within the family. It is not the same owner and even was given a new licence number. Use caution. In reply to page: my issue was directly with the owner, he has no respect, no ethic, and he has no idea how to run the business. You can have family friends leave fake reviews all you want but I assure you that my real review will be seen by people and your fake reviews will not stop that. Hillbrich electric fixed the damage you caused. You will never step foot on my property again.

I recently had an addition put on my house and I needed a lot of electrical work done. Rick and his crew did a great job. They were prompt, polite and cleaned up after themselves everyday they were there. I couldnt be more pleased with the results of the work they did. I would recommend to anyone that needs electric work done to call Simonian Electric.

Simonian Electric replaced a few basement windows that were very drafty this week. Steve came and installed them for us and did an amazing job. The not only look great, they will help keep the basement cozy and save us a couple of dollars. Second job theyve for us since spring. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
