what experience? I made an appointment as a resident of The Grand - hoping to find my (and six other people) new "go to place" - for my weekly hair touch ups, blow outs, nails, etc. I showed up, the girl had taken someone else in my appointed time. They moved me to another appointment at 2:30 p.m. The stupid girl saw me in there waiting - and said nothing. She then starts ANOTHER person right at 2:27 p.m.; thus avoiding having to do my nails. Good job genius! You could have had me, six other people that live here AND a hefty tip for taking me in. RUDE RUDE RUDE - No apologies, etc. Her nails looked so bad though that my nails probably would have turned out like crud! I am going to send "Tabitha" into that salon to show you all how to work! Actually work, not pretend work

I made arrangements months before my wedding to get my hair and make up done here along with my bridesmaids and mother. They assured me there would be enough people in the morning to get everyone done with more than enough time to board our cruise ship. They were all late, the hair looked nothing like what the girls wanted and they didnt have enough time to do anything to my moms hair. They said its bad traffic in Miami and thats why the "team" of people they promised would be there was only 2 women.... maybe since you live there and know this, leave earlier? Such a stressful way to start your big day :( On the positive side, everyone loved their make-up!

I called them on Tuesday morning at 10:30 AM and ask if they could take me at 12PM. They did!! When I got there they sent me to Maria. Maria was super friendly and very patient with me. I changed my mind about the polish color like more than 5 times. She didnt look annoyed,, she was very professional and kind. At the end she did OUTSTANDING job on my toes and nails as well. Highly recommend her ! Great comfy place and Maria is the BEST!!!! This pace also taking care of your parking ticket if you Valet there.

The worst service I ever got in my whole life the workers were very rude and unprofessional I guess because I wasnt Spanish No one speaks English so thats the way they take avantage of their customers Manicure and pedicure was terrible Due to their tech taken forever to do the job then they try to rush me out the door without letting my nails dry worst experience ever save your money and go to the hood

My wife and I made an appointment, we were already quoted a price for the service we wanted. We there and they booked us with a stylist named Lucia, we confirmed what we wanted and the price we were quoted, she said ok. After she finished an average service, we go to pay and they charged us double what we were told. They are crooks. Do not go to this establishment unless you want to get ripped off.

I only went in for an eyebrow wax, which honestly is overpriced for $15. Its amazing to me that the eyebrow wax is almost half the cost of their $35 blow out. The staff seemed nice enough and the lady who did my waxing was very nice and engaged in some small talk with me. My eyebrows look okay though they look more like cousins than siblings.

Great Salon.. Took my girlfriend there and decided to get a pedicure mysef.. Glad I did.. Very cool environment, they even served me wine while I got my pedicure. My girlfriend loved it, shes was very happy with her hair. Well definitely be coming back!!

Sign on window says 35 dollar blow out get charged me 55 dollars and nobody speaks English. On top of nobody answers the phone so its annoying to hear it ringing while you in the wash chair. Very overpriced
