First, as a candidate some years ago, they took my job search very seriously and placed me into an assignment that not only fit my background and experience, but they looked after me for my entire assignment, helping negotiate salary and benefits and provided an overall excellent experience. Now that I am an HR Director and able to make the recruiting decisions for my company I only use Brickell Personnel Consultants for all of my temporary and permanent staffing needs. Both Nidia and Jorge have placed close to 100 temps within my organization and quite a number of full-time, permanent hires as well. The experience as both a candidate and an employer were no different. I was treated with respect and complete professionalism. Even though I wasnt looking for work at the moment, the way this recruiter presented the position available gave me interest. I have spoken to two recruiters already, Nidia and Charbel, and these people are extremely rude. They will never respond back to their emails, will never call you back, and will treat you like you are worthless. They are rude and arrogant people. Please do not use their service!
