Rude staff, and extremely uninformed. They were all extremely uneducated in the job they perform. Definitely do not represent themselves professionally. Theyre here to help but they do the exact opposite. If you plan on using them, be sure to stay on top of them because they will literally leave you waiting for hours if you dont.
