Horrible!! I was contacted by Ideal Personnel last year for two jobs they thought i would be a perfect fit for. I did get hired for one of the positions. But when credentialing came along. I was told, the Company that hired me required Drug Testing which was fine with me!! But i had to pay for it! It was a cost of $150.00 that Ideal Personnel did not want to pay! Also they needed proof of my University Degree which i gave them! But that wasnt good enough for them. They so disrespectfully said that my degree could be fake!! The biggest insult a person could experience! So i was told, the University i graduated from charged a fee for verification of any students records. Well! Ideal Personnel REFUSED to pay the fee. And told me i had to pay for it, if not they could not offer me the job!! How UNPROFESSIONAL is this Company!! I refuse to ever work with these people again!! It was a waste of my time and energy! Beware! PS: Answer to Issac Martinez I have the right to keep my name Private from social media. So you are correct. You will have no record of any Michelle Flores and it will not appear on your Internal System. But believe me! I worked with you especially! And you where the one that gave me a hard time with my credentialing. I will say it again. Beware! Completely horrified by my experience!

Honestly this staffing agency does NOT deserve any stars. Ive worked with staffing agencies before it the past and this one sucks. I had a position forced on me when I clearly said I did not want the position and when things did not work out with the company they sent me to, I was told that they could no longer work with me. The manager at the company that I was sent to work for was a hateful individual and when I advised Ideal personnels office manager of how bad things had been, I was told to go back to work. This so called manager was later fired because of her hateful ways. No one from Ideal ever called me to apologize because I was right all along. This is a staffing agency that I would NEVER EVER recommend to anyone! P.S. No need for your sorry follow up comment. Youre a sorry excuse of an agency!

Ideal Personnel by far has been the only agency Ive been through to help me find my ideal job and let me tell you they are AMAZING!! From the moment I received my first phone call to the very last theyve just been great. They will not stop until you are officially hired, they are consistent, very informative, very kind and all around just awesome. Ive already refereed a couple of friends and family over to them and I will continue to refer people to them. Im currently working at The University of Miami and couldnt be happier!! A big thank you goes out to every single person at Ideal because they are all wonderful and helpful!! I really appreciate everything you guys did for me!!!

If I could rate them a 0 I would. Entire staff including supervising recruiter are all liars. They promise to help you find a job but as soon as you leave their office, they will never contact you ever again eve if you email or call them. Ive been contacted by 3 people from the same office without them knowing but was still never offered any actual help from the company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!
