Moved out to Pittsburgh in August from California . I looked around and I found Express and I gave them a call . I went into interview and fill out some paperwork and I met Ciara. Now Ciara was a God send. She listened to my needs and told her what I was comfortable with as far as pay, days, hours, and the type of field I wanted to work in. Of course she hooked me up with a great opportunity with a company that I DECLINED!! I went ahead and took less money to work for another company. As the months went by I realized what a mistake I made. I was not happy in the job I found for myself, so I picked up the phone and I called Ciara at Express Staffing at the Steubenville Pike location. I was a little reluctant because she got me a great opportunity and I declined, I thought maybe she wouldnt want to help me again because she did what she did and I went somewhere else . Absolutely not she went right to work got me an interview, and I totally smashed it and I start in 2 weeks. Not only is my pay going to increase tremendously, The company she hooked me up with has amazing medical benefits, vacation, 401K, weekends off so I do not miss the Steeler game! Just want to personally thank Ciara, she is very professional, out going, and really took care of me. I will absolutely refer everyone I know to Express Employment and again Thank You Ciara for helping me start 2017 with a new career! To Ciaras Boss, give her what she wants!! I have used this place two times, the first was 2 years ago and the agent wouldnt schedule me for work with any advanced notice she would call me 10 minutes before I had to be there on a 15 minute drive and ask if I could be there on time. Obviously not. I moved away from pa shortly after and have just moved back and I scheduled an interview for the day I got back because j knew I wouldnt have money and would need to start soon. I get there do both interviews (express and the job they selected for me) the workplace told me I could start on Tuesday (today) at 7:30 am. I get to the job site prepared to work and they said they told express there was a change of plans and couldnt hire me. Upon calling express they said that they never said I got the job and essentially it was my own fault for showing up. They should have called me to let me know if I got the job or not in the first place and if not found me somewhere else to work instead of waiting 5 days for me to call them. I will not be using them again amd I cant recommend them for anyone else. Not if you need to start and actually work consistently.

One of the worst placing Ive even been to look for a decent job. The actual owner has a stuck up condescending better than you attitude. Just like the rest this place is nothing more than a temp agency. Changing it to say staffing doesnt stop it from being a temp service. They put you on the spot, Dont let you finish your sentences, Ask you questions and and when trying to respond to their question, cut you off with rude attitudes. You have no privacy during the interview process. "My childrens bedroom is bigger than their entire office. The one lady doing my interview keep asking about my work history, I gave her my resume that she ask me to bring in with references, and she continued to speak over top of me and wouldnt look on the resume to see the dates of my work history after she continued to ask for dates and I gave her my printed resume with dates, She ignored everything i was answering her ?s with.I have to say I never felt so ridiculed for not fitting their description of being a younger dumb collage kid looking for a low waged job.

I have to say I had a great experience with this branch the first time untill the manager was changed. The reason for the 3 star is though - Never did understand what happened the last time, I felt like an idiot for sure, went to the office took the test for the position, they gave me the date of interview I went tothe company where the interview was supposed to be and nobody knew I was supposed to come and only after I was leaving the building, girls from express call me and tell me they got the days confused and it was a different day. So I said ok, they told me they would call me back with a different date on the interview and dont know what happened after that ? I just didnt understant why bring smb over and make them take the test for 45 minutes and then make them drive all the way to the location for nothing? Dont mean to be rude or anything but thats just wrong.

I dealt with Miss Ciara and she did wonderful! I have went through Espress before and everyone that I have come into contact with have been awesome and very helpful. They are very much for the people getting work and always strive to do their best. Ciara went above and beyond to help me and has kept great contact with me regarding my job search. I have recommended Express to EVERYONE of they are looking for work! And now that i have dealt with Ciara, I will recommend her to everyone. My cousin recommended her to me and she was wonderful! They wont steer you wrong and they will help with whatever you need!

One thing I can say about this office, Robinson Town Center, is that they will work for you. The secret is to turn nothing down. It can take a few assignments to find something that works for you and the people at this office understand this. If you show enthusiasm then they will work for you. I went on a few job assignments and a few more job interviews then found and excellent position with a good company.
