I am very satisfied with the way Aerotek does things. They moved very quickly to try to get me a position. They brought me in for an interview at Aerotek only two days after I was contacted about the position. Within a week, they got me an interview with the company the position was for. Amy Palko is the recruiter who made everything flow so smoothly and quickly for me. She did a wonderful job setting everything up. I was constantly updated about everything that was going on. After I was accepted for the position, Amy staid in contact with me to see how I was doing at my new position and just how I was doing in general. Another Aerotek employee who helped in this endeavor is Paige Bruce. She also checks in with me from time to time. I am very thankful for everything that Aerotek, Amy, and Paige have done for me. I would recommend working with Aerotek to everyone who is trying to obtain a job, especially a job that is in your field.

MY experience with Aerotek has been exceptional. From the moment Kevin Mitchell initially contacted me, he was informative, genially concerned, and continued to ensure everything was a good match. Chelsea Watts with Aston Carter actually met me before the interview, and made the introductions. Once I landed the position, they both continued to check in and make sure all my questions and concerns were met. Ive dealt with many staffing agencies during my experiences, and Aerotek and Aston Carter are head and shoulders above EVERY staffing agency out there. Words cant express their genuine concern and professionalism that they have expressed towards me during my experience. Ill recommend them to anyone who is in need of long term contracting or permanent employment.

After being self-employed for 13 years and suddenly finding myself in a jobless industry (thanks to the current economy) I was at my wits end with trying to find a job. I had so many applications and resumes out there, yet no one was calling back. Then I found Aerotek. I was skeptical because of what I had thought a "temp agency" was, but I had thought wrong. It was and is a very plesant experience. My experience was simply fabulous. Hanna Coulson was outstanding. She was informative, professional, courteous. She kept me abroad every step of the way. I needed a job, placed a phone call to Hanna at Aerotek at the Robinson office, and within days I had an interview and at the end of the day, had a job. I believe Hanna was just as excited as I was, which was a very good feeling.I My experience at the Aerotek orientation was very thorough and informative, extremely nice staff. Ive been contracted through Aerotek for two years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the company and their employees. I had worked with a different agency prior to Aerotek but nothing compares to the attention and compassion that they provide to their contractors. I am completely satisfied after working with Aerotek to find a temp, to hopefully permanent, position. I worked with Senior Recruiter Hanna Coulson, and she was very pleasant, professional and thorough in all of our interactions. I was an employee through them, and while I was employed my pay rate was great and the employees there were all courteous to me and were willing to help anyway that they could. The only downfall was that I was laid off from the employer that I was working with through aerotek, and that has been around 3-4 weeks now and they still have yet to offer me another position or have not even as much replied to me on any of the job postings that I have applied to through them in this time that I have been unemployed and I have applied to at least 6 positions that they have available on their website as we speak.
