The owner Ricardo has no idea what goes on with his employers and his favorite saying is "we can always replace you". He also just counts on his right hand man jimmy, who I have to say is a very hard worker but his downfall is he basically hits on girls he hires. Ive even spoken to girls i work with say they have had sexual relationships with him causing a terrible and uncomfortable environment. He promises many things and more hours or days off if you basically do whatever he asks...kinda creepy and unprofessional. The staff is very diverse but honestly kinda off a concern that they hire people with criminal records and people that will drink and do drugs on the job, perhaps because jimmy hires his friends and their recommendations, basically hire anyone they can employ or is just "good looking". I like working for them only because of the pay, only thing I cannot complain about! Seriously they know we need the money and it truly disappointing you cant grow with this company. Does matter if you work with them 4 years your pay will still be the same. So it does matter if your the best employee or the worst, they will both get the same pay. Only difference is the hours given to them. Training? What training...haha their website makes me laugh, their pictures are probably stock photos. Im very unhappy with this company but need to pay rent and provide for my family, searching for a new job, however you cant work for any other staffing company nor the their clients after two years of not working with them. Basically limiting me to find a better company...uggghhh RMG is just fake. It looks great, sounds great, we prefer ok, but behind the doors it plain unprofessional.my honest opinion

RMG Staffing is a great company that I am so grateful for. I had lost my server job, and it couldnt have come at a worse time. My wife and I were expecting and I needed a job to start a savings fast. I applied to several places tirelessly, but the places that were hiring were not hiring servers. I finally heard about RMG Staffing and called to schedule an interview. Jimmy was able to interview me the next day. Jimmy understands the industry very well. He took the time to sit down and talk to me to see what I was experienced in and how experienced I actually was. He couldnt stress enough about hospitality and professionalism. I was told I had to be clean cut with no beard which I didnt like at the time, but after seeing the fancy gala parties I was going to be serving, I understood why. I told Jimmy about my situation and he had me working an event that same weekend. I worked with RMG Staffing for three years after that and it was a wonderful experience. Their hours were flexible. They had different positions; from full time, part time, and seasonal and their pay was ridiculous good, especially for young students looking for weekend work. I no longer work in the hospitality industry, but RMG Staffings professional demeanor is something that I have taken with me to every job and has given me the success I have today. Im am forever grateful.

I have been a member of the RMG Staffing crew for quite some time, and all i can say is AMAZING! Ive worked at many other catering companies but none of them compare to RMG! One of the things i love the most about RMG, (besides the free meals) is the management. Aderlee, Ricardo, and Jimmy are great leaders, always putting the happiness of the guest, and crew first! A really great friendly staff, i have met some of the greatest people working there. They are very flexible, and reliable and i am proud to be part of the RMG STAFF!

Great company to work for. I have even with them for almost 4 years and look forward to many more years to come. Not the typical staffing agency. You actually have room for growth. Only down fall is that there is no health insurance. Definitely if you have personality, attitude, and work ethics they will work with you and not only provide a position but take time to teach, train, and coach you. Going to school for hospitality, then this is a perfect place to gain experience.
