Horrible!!.... All because of Sue! Sue is absolutely the WORST person you can speak to there! She is mean, rude, disrespectful, insulting and very unprofessional. The manner in which she speaks to potential temp job seekers is atrocious! She is demeaning and liked to belittle others solely based off their resumes. Which shows her abilities or lack thereof of any useful information or assistance in job placement. I highly advise anyone looking to go through this temp agency to avoid it all together. As Sue the Cancer of that agency will only make you regret calling them in the first place!! Sue is exactly what is wrong with the company. Frankly I have no single clue why she is still allowed to be there. Note I am not the first person to post a negative review after dealing with Sue the unprofessional individual allowed to pick up the phone lines!! Sue should be kept in the back room, away from potential job seekers and have her secluded from society in general. She is a Cancer to this temp agency and frankly is ruining business with her rude unprofessional attitude. Sue sounds like a cranky old miserable woman that takes joy in insulting others because she isnt happy in life. There is no reason why she should believe her negative attitude is not creating a bad reflection of this temp agency! Again people AVOID and STAY AWAY especially if you ever speak to Sue!!

The women at Creative Staffing are AWESOME! From the moment of introduction, they have worked diligently to help me find employment. Giving me resume advice, constantly referring me to employers and keeping me up to date is tremendously more than what any other staffing agency has ever done for me. You get a sense that the women at Creative Staffing genuinely care about helping you because they do! After walking into several other staffing agencies, I would leave feeling as though my resume was going to be used as a beverage coaster. It seemed some would write me off the instant we met due to a certain prejudice or bias they possessed. I would always have to call them to inquirer about openings or to say remember me. Not at Creative Staffing! They took theyre time with me and really listened to what I had to say so they could unearthed what I brought to the table. This helped them find the right positions for me which they constantly would inform me of and refer me to. Next week, I will start working for the City of Miami thanks to the lovely women at Creative Staffing. Sue, Elaine and Shawn, keep up the amazing work that you do! You girls ROCK! PS: If you are looking for employment or qualified candidates who have more to offer than just a pretty or familiar face, you should definitely go with Creative Staffing.

I dont usually write reviews, but after reading some of these reviews, I had to. When I started looking for office work, nearly 20 years ago now, I used Creative Staffing and they found me a temp-to-perm job, which ended up hiring me permanently after a couple of months. Fast forward to a decade later, when I was just moving back to Miami after having lived in Southern California for a few years. Because of my initial positive experience with Creative, I contacted them again and they, again, found me a temp-to-perm placement, who hired me permanently within 2 months. Another decade later, I now work in school administration and when I need to have an administrative position filled, Creative is who I use to meet my needs. Sue is a lovely woman. She is utterly professional and will invest in you... -if- she feels that you will be an asset to Creative and the companies she helps staff. What she also is is honest, which I particularly love. With Sue, you know where you stand. If youre a professional candidate who is honest about your resume and your abilities, or if youre an employer, you cant go wrong with Creative AND Sue Goldstein.

Sue and Shawn have been a great asset to not just me, but to family and friends as well. Ever since my initial interview with them, they made all efforts to help me in what I was looking to accomplish.Their service is outstanding and I completely disagree with the previous comments; there is no reason why anyone would have had any problems. They want to see you succeed but you have to be serious about what you want. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, their speed in execution of all necessary documents, and the efficiency they had in helping me obtain a position. They have a great personal approach in handling a variety of situations and cases; overall an excellent team! Creative Staffing is a great company, so please do not be discouraged or mislead by these previous comments. I would recommend Creative Staffing with my eyes closed!

I contacted Creative Staffing to help me find a new position. Spoke to Sue Goldstein, their VP who asked me a broad range of questions about my prior employment and what my goals with a new position would be. I e-mailed my resume, and while I thought it was good, this woman put some thought and consideration into a rewrite. She stayed in contact with me all throughout the search effort, giving support and guidance. I had the opportunity to speak with Shawn at their office, another warm personality to deal with. And yes, they got me a great job here in Miami! Thank you Sue and the staff at Creative Staffing.

Sue at creative staffing is the BEST!!!! Creative Staffing is the only agency that I would use as a temporary employee or as a business hiring a temporary employee. I have been on both sides of the coin and they are exemplary on either side. Sue breathes life into her temps and encourages growth and builds confidence with her words and overall attitude. She made me the positive and confident person that I am today. I have been associated with Creative Staffing since before hurricane Andrew and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Creative staffing changed my life! Their employees are hard working, kind, and caring people. I was in desperate need of work after losing my job due to downsizing. Creative worked with me and found me a temp position that turned into a full time job. When it was time for me to again move forward in my career I turned to Creative. This is the only agency I would recommend. Sue has been supportive and encouraging. I was having a difficult time finding employment, but Sue and Shawn believed in me and did everything they could to find me the right temp job that would lead to full-time employment.
