I loved this place. Everything was professional from the staff to the customer service I received. Ashley is so awesome and very empathetic. My first phone call I felt went great and the interview afterwards as well. I got greeted upon arrival. Eduardo was very welcoming and polite, he kept a smile on his face. He made me feel at ease, when normally I would feel tensed getting ready for an interview. Whenever I had a question or concern, I’ll email or call. Ashley will email back in a timely fashion. Or either when I call, if Ashley was busy on a call, someone else would be happy to assist me. I chose the right place to be employed because I have a support team. Communication is key with Spherion in Port St Lucie and they will work with you. I loved it here the staff and their professionalism.

This agency sent me to Liberator Medical where the staff not only lacks professionalism but has the worst management team. After I asked to be removed from the assignment not only did they leave me there with threats that they wouldnt be able to find anything else but they contacted the company who let me drive an hr to work just to end my assignment because I complained to Spherion who then took weeks to process my final pay. The service is very poor and the office manager Eduardo needs to be replaced.

I called a recruiter about a Marketing position and while asking several questions about my professional experience the girl kept putting me on hold. The last time she put me on hold I was transferred into her voicemail. I left a message then sent her an email. She responded to my email hours later saying she tried several times to reach me by phone (liar). I responded to her email asking about the Marketing position and never received a response. NOT professional...thats what I say.

I interviewed with Spherion and didnt hear from my recruiter for a month following my interview. When I called, I was told if I lowered my expectations on $ I might have more opportunities, and to also continue to follow up with them on leads. Arent they supposed to reach out to me? Poor excuse for an employment agency.

I thought this company was suppose to help you with employment, but when I called to see what the status is on the application. I was told that if the employer is interested, the employer will call me directly. Not a professional way to go about that when they are a hiring agency.

These guys are great. I needed a person to back up my office manager once a week. They sent over Sandra who walked in and was up to speed in one day. Totally the right person for the job. Ill go back there for all my future staffing needs.
