After recent events, I have reconsidered my opinion with Staffing Specifix. After placing a negative review towards them for an unpleasant experience during the course of an assignment, the CEO of the company reached out and spoke to me regarding it. After a unexpectedly "pleasant" conversation with him in regards to that experience, I wish to say that the gentleman and his company were not at fault. I found that both the company and himself find great pride in the service they provide, and what I believe is a truly outstanding class of customer service. I also found that with that said, anyone may make mistakes, and granted, no one or nothing is ever perfect. During the course of the conversation, I believe that he, being at the head of the company, does have decades of experience in the staffing field and assured me that this type of scenario happen rarely happens, if at all and apologized for the incident. In closing, I want to again say thank you for reaching out to me and putting forth pride and excellence in what you do everyday. Despite the experience I had, I now say that this is actually one of the few agencies to my knowledge that look out for the smaller guys.

MALA, no,,,MALISIMA ,la agencia,,,hace como un mes complete la aplicacion y solo he trabajado 4 dias, al principio te llaman enseguida para q te creas q son eficientes y despues ni por preocupacion te llaman para decirte q ahora no tienen trabajo,,,,a otra cosa y para informacion para los carneros q todavia van a aplicar si los llaman para trabajar en cosmetic & cleaner,,,ni se les ocurra eso no es un lugar de trabajo,,,,muy malas condiciones para no hablar de los supervisores q son otra tela,,,,:(

I had a great experience with the Staffing Specifix office in Shakopee, MN. The staff was incredibly helpful. The recruiter I met with was very straight forward and attentive. I had several questions and a little iffy about pursuing a staffing firm for employment. By the time I left the office, I was 100% sure I had made the right choice!! They truly pride themselves on finding the right jobs for the right people, which is exactly what she did for me!! Its not what I expected and will continue to refer people in need of employment! This Staffing Agency , is awesome !! The ladies that work at the office are super helpful and attentive and found me my job quickly and close to my home as well. The staff are very helpful , the office was quick and easy. At the time I was doing part time for autozone I told them I wanted a better part time with better pay and also a full time job. With in days they called me letting me know they found both my part time and a full time job for me I applied and started working within a day or two. They are truly Great !!

So far Ive been satisfied with my assignments. Applying to a job, be it via Staffing Agency or independently, is 50/50 whether itll be a good fit or not; I really believe the ladies at S.S take the time to figure out where the best placement would be. This place is awful very hood looking. Luis is a awful employee he has been there 3 months and has no idea what he is doing. He has no people skills and thinks he is smarter than everyone. belittles people these 4.9 rating is false they force the people they find jobs for jobs for to give them reviews. Luis is awful to deal with he has no people skills. how you going to call someone for a job and belittle them. Learn some people skills and be polite to the people who your going to make money from.
