Esta agencia es un desastre. Puse una estrella para poder poner mi comentario. La manager carol Es muy informal. Me llamo para una entrevista a las 11 y cuando lluegue su recepcionista me informa que Carol está en una reunión hasta las 12:30-1:00pm. Super unprofessional, no respetan a las personas y no les importa ayudar . Honestamente no la recomiendo para nadie ! Carol la manager me dijo que no le prestara atención a la recepcionista . Me hablo en mala forma, me alzó el tono de vos y no se comportó en forma apropiada. Parece mentira que ella sea manager de un lugar que eta suppiesto ser professional . Muy mala experiencia no se la recomiendo a nadie .

Llevo 5 años en este país y mi trabajo actual es en una compañía que westaff proporciona fuerza de trabajo para ella. Cuando aplique en westaff tuve un trato excelente de parte de sus empleados y en poco tiempo ya estaba trabajando. Westaff found me and offered me an entry-level job with one of their clients several years ago. I already had a job but I was looking for something with growth potential. They were honest in their assessment of my skills and explained that with hard work I could grow with their client. I did and when I became a Supervisor I had the opportunity to hire my own temps. I always found that Massie, Lidia and Carol from Westaff were attentive to my hiring needs and offered me several candidates that could get the job done. The other staffing agencies I had available could not provide the quality and service I needed consistently enough to earn my business. Over the years, Westaff helped me build up my team, which played a big part in the success I have today. Thank you Westaff.
