Hi there, I came across this group by chance; I hadnt considered going through a staffing agency at all. In fact, I was a little turned off at the idea, even though I had never tried it before. A colleague, and old friend of mine, passed my information along as they were recruiting for a job that I ended up getting (AND LOVING)! Let me start by saying the staff here is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and GENUINELY wants to help you find work that is the RIGHT fit for you. (I dont normally type in caps in professional settings, especially reviews, but I dont know how else to emphasize this teams energy and authenticity.) Its been a very encouraging experience, and I feel like Ive got a team of people who have my back and want to see me succeed in any role I land - but mostly, they really care about how I feel in my job. Theyre really easy to talk to, very active in getting the ball rolling, and seem like a great group of people who do what they do because they care about the well being of their community. Since connecting with them in the last couple of weeks, Ive already recommended them to 2 of my (VERY GOOD) friends and had a great experience with that as well. They take initiative and consider every person they work with as an individual; they want to understand your needs and what youre looking for in a career, and they give great advice and support in that pursuit. I have a lot of respect for the team here. I am honored to recommend The Clarks Group to anyone and everyone who is reading this; youve got nothing to lose in connecting with them - but I assure you, you will be extremely satisfied and encouraged when you do! I happen to be one of those people that requires a bit of hand holding. There, I admitted it. Thankfully, the Staff at Clarks Group is fairly adept at reading their Clientele, so I found myself well taken care of. This job market is not an easy place to be shopping in, especially when you are from out of town. I decided some time ago that I needed someone in my corner to do the heavy lifting up-front. Just get me to the interview! Also, someone to review my skills and contributions objectively; hopefully to see things I might not see and point me in the direction of different opportunities. I really feel like I chose well when I aligned myself with Casey and Kathleen over at Clarks. Steel Magnolias with a no-nonsense, professional and very caring manner. They found me a job that I never would have considered in my previous life. They helped me think outside of my comfort zone. Seriously: it helps to have a Team in your corner while you navigate employment opportunities. I literally could not have done this without them.

I moved to the Triad just after the election and went to at least a dozen staffing agencies. Most were pretty relaxed in getting back to me and just before Thanksgiving 3 agencies told me to enjoy the Holiday and get back to my search on Monday. When you dont have a job, thats not what you want to hear. I found the Clarks Group online and called. They told me I could come in that day and do the typical tests and interviewing. Kathleen said she had a potential interview and would call me the next day. When she called she asked if I could interview that day. The following Monday I had a job. The Clarks Group literally got me a job in less than 24 hours, and at my expected pay rate. Kathleen doesnt mess around, and she always tries to keep in touch every 2 weeks or so just to make sure that the job is going well and to answer any questions I might have.

I was currently seeking employment and found The Clarks Group. When I submitted my resume for a position I saw within a hour a representative contacted me for an interview! The next day I went in and spoke with Ms. Kathleen (Kathy) Disher. Ms. Disher told me about a very prestigious company and felt I would be an excellent fit. Within one month Ms. Disher contacted me and told me that their client wanted me to start working next week!
