Wow, I read a few reviews and I could not believe what I read, they were negative and so not true....as for my experience with Empire, it has been amazing , they are helping me get back into Hospitality being that my goal is to open a bar/lounge.. since the first they I visit them they treated me nothing but respect and helpful, they were so on top of there game, that the day I went to there office for orientation they sent me to a job interview for a permited job, the reason why I chose not to follow up on it was because of my current job situation at that moment... but they were able to get me in a good position at the Miami open and I was also able to get connected with some people that will help me get closer to my goal. That was my first event and hopefully wont be my last.. I am looking forward to continue working with them and help Empire keep growing .. Thank you, Mario

This company is horrible.. I guess they didnt have a receptionist that day so the lady came from the back with an attitude seem to me like she didnt want to be bothered and they dont really find jobs you are interested in at all... my boyfriend got a warehouse job and they lied to him about the pay which we were highly upset because he got other job offers but since they said this job pay so much he took it and the dam receptionist that do be there she always flirting with my boyfriend which is very unprofessional

Emphire deserves 5 stars because they seem to me to only try to place employees with 5 star clients and are deemed professional. Although exhaused and a bit overwhelmed with trying to get many many people jobs that are not only unemployed but make sure they are a good fit for the client and the client is a good fit for them!! I have been employed over 5 years on call or seasonal and have always been respectfully placed as needed given the opportunity to accept assignment. Love the team there!!

No sense of privacy , the other employees overhear your business ....Felt uncomfortable the whole time. Im always wary of employment agencies that staff their own office with solely a certain race. You will realize this when you go.
