Going to be completely honest so here goes.... Located in a commercial building, there arent any signage inside the building indicating the office location. Nice size parking lot and three elevators available. I almost left the office after entering the office. The guy behind the counter kept the window closed and all the walls are bare it felt very uninviting in the waiting area.There is like a 14 inch television in the waiting room (no kidding) BUT it does a Comcast cable so that was definitely a plus. My major issue with the front office was the closing of the glass window, I work in the customer service industry and I felt as if I was not wanted there and this was my very first visit. I waited nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment to be seen. Im so glad I waited it out. The technician was very pleasant, she took her time on me, and I could see instant results when I left. I even scheduled several follow up sessions. I do look forward to continuing my treatment here, I hope that the customer service improves in the front office though.
