I purchased a pool from this store the week before July 4th. This is the second week of November and after many phone conversations, store visits and an email at their request Ive yet to receive a piece of the pool I purchased. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store as their lack of professionalism and overall common decency is questionable. The missing part of my pool is not something that makes the pool less enjoyable but as I have purchased it is would appreciate receiving every piece. Ive given up on these people being professionals and provide my missing piece of pool but I will like to warn others of their lack of customer service. Should you decide to buy products from them, I would not, I wish you luck.

Best Bet

After visiting places from Fort Lauderdale to southwest Miami the best place around by far is the pool spa billiard store. Sales people are very knowledgeable. And the team that delivered my spa was truly professional. (Check out my post pictures)The Spa was placed on my beach front 11th floor penthouse deck. Just seeing the crane was worth buying the spa!!! I highly recommend anyone in need of truly great service to come and visit one of their great locations.

The best hot tub selection of brand names I could find anywhere. They were both knowledgeable and professional. Jayfreed and christian are top notch. We couldnt be happier with our spa choice. Lazboy spas (who new?) We are thinking of buying an outdoor kitchen too (they look nice). Great pricing too , we shopped around.
