Nice set up, bad service.. I made an appointment the first time with a master stylist as Im new to the area and wanted to make sure I received a good color/cut.. I dont mind paying for good service.. As Im sitting there discussing my partial highlight and the cut I want, the stylist looked concerned.. Said shes not too comfortable with an A-line cut/bob I was looking for.. Well, I would think a "master stylist" that charges way more than a stylist starting out could do a cut like this... So I went to the front, voiced my concern and rescheduled with another master stylist... I come in for my SECOND appointment today, I see my stylist doing someone elses hair and its already past my appointment time AND they have no power in half of the building... Why wouldnt they call me to reschedule??? Also, I do not think its professional to work on two clients at the same time... Youre prices are adjusted for a great experience and a stylist running back and forth between two people at the same time is ridiculous... I wont pay 150 bucks for half her attention.. very disapointed

I have never been happier with a salon and spa. There are so many things to love about Arena. Its staff is friendly and so helpful. They make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door, listen to your concerns and help you make the best decisions for your body and mind. The salon / spa itself is decorated simply but tastefully and has an air of relaxation and calm that many other salons lack. Even when its busy, the environment is still serene and pleasant. The services offered are varied and use, for the most part, natural products that do minimal harm to the environment. I highly recommend the facial services (especially those by Andrea, who is an excellent aesthetician) as well as hair consultations / cuts / colors (Bethany always does my hair and I always leave feeling beautiful after shes colored and cut it!) Try Arena. I promise you wont be disappointed.

The staff and everyone was very friendly but I got a hairstylist that messed up on my hair the sections that were suppose to be not dyed she dyed and the colors was off. So I had to come back for them to fix it and they charged me again. They charged me to fix the pieces that they messed up and to redye to the color I wanted. They said they charged me because they didnt want to lose money for the products but why is that my fault the stylist messed up the first time. I am never going back there again I think thats just how they get more money. They mess up they tell you to come back we will charge you minimal and they charge you for a whole other again service.

The staff was so welcoming here! One of the sweet hair stylists, Andree, stood a few extra hours after closing to finish my hair. Although I ended up changing my mind the next day about the result, I walked in and she took the time to redo it with no extra charge and ensured I was satisfied. It came out beautifully! With my hair being a bit difficult to deal with, the other workers took the time to assist Andree with everything as well. I was so pleased to be in such a warm and sweet environment. My hair went from 20 different colors to one pretty blonde.

I just came with a friend to help her with a color selection. I really liked the hairstylists but the lady at the reception was particularly very rude and cut me off while I was giving a suggestion. So she only listens to the person who pays her. I wouldnt go there because of this bad experience.

I felt very welcome and was greeted with a friendly hello. I love Triest who does my facials, I have had manis and pedis and everyone is super. Meli does my blow outs and is very nice. I always leave the salon feeling fabulous!! Thanks to all and see you soon. Highly recommended!!!

My mani-pedi with Natasha was wonderful! I enjoy the Aveda experience and she did a fantastic job of helping me relax while she made my hand and feet and nails look and feel phenomenal. I highly recommend Arena for your nail care and Natasha is a superb nail technician.

The staff is super friendly and amazing. I was treated so well and felt comfortable. Aside from the very relaxing massage, I received a haircut from their professional talent, which was top notch. Great Place!
