Absolutely appalling experience. I came for an acrylic manicure, my appointment took over three hours. The nail tech glued on 4 nails crooked and had to start over. Talked on her phone multiple times. Complained to me about being hungry and missing her lunch. Her name was Luzenny. I spoke to the owner about being unhappy with my experience, he said he was going to talk to her. I questioned what my compensation was going to be. The receptionist came back with a note listing a manicure/pedicure combo. When I stated that I did not receive a pedicure she blew up and yelled " FINE! Its free then!" At which point I was so tired that I said okay and left. Terribly disappointed with how I was treated. FIRST AND LAST TIME, DONT GO TO THIS SALON.

Best service ever!!! Im super picky about my hair, but Jose-Julio was understanding and gave me what I wanted. He was super patient with me from start to finish. He took his time in providing me with the service I wanted. Their customer service was outstanding! Every 20 minutes someone would come and offer me water, coffee or wine. Loved the experience! Definitely going back again :)

Excellent Run Spa. You may have trouble if you dont speak Spanish but their dedication to customer service is impeccable. Alex is absolutely reliable and professional. I am extremely particular who cuts my locks and this is the only guy I trust. From the wonderful woman at the front desk to the assistants who wash your hair, they are an expertly run salon. My go to.

This horrible haircut just happened. No blending. Second time they mess it up. First time, they burned her whole hair and they had to cut it all off. Now this. Price? Overpriced... not worth the quality. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
