I had a horrible experience at this place when I came in today for a full set/pedicure. The pedicure was fine, the lady (Hanna) who did my toes was nice; however, I did not like how she left my toes because you can tell the nail polish wasnt properly painted on. Furthermore, the individual who did my full set is what really got me silently raging the entire time I was there. The nail technician (Vincent) is the worst, never ever get a full set from him (or anything really, he doesnt care). He was very rough with my nails, almost pulled off the acrylic tip of my left middle finger when buffing the nail as well as using the nail drill too close to the cuticle which wasnt a pleasant feeling. He also insulted me when I asked for a matte finish and got annoyed when I would tell him to be a little more gentle on my nails. I was recommended this place by my boyfriends mom who has gone and had a much better nail technician (Andy). Overall the place is clean, well kept, and the manager is really sweet. You will not find their prices online, you will have to go to the place itself and ask for their services and prices. I will give this place another chance when the nail technician Andy is around!

Im a regular customer here at Victorian nail spa since they open and continue go there to enjoy their services and never think the salon is over prices compare to other salon in the area. I dont know where Ms.Joselyn R. got the price from but it so wrong. A manicure is $13 ( not $30) if you do french $5 extra will be add like most places. A mani/pedi combo is $ 35 ( not $40) and yet, a Gel manicure /pedicure is $ 55 and this price is lower than Venetian, Toi spa and Posh nail loung.

Only 3 stars just because of how overly prices the service are. $30 for French manicure??? Almost, $40 bucks for a regular manicure/pedicure and if I do gel manicure with regular pedicure $55 bucks! Too expensive. Overall, the salon is clean, nail tech are pretty good; highly recommend Mary, and Helen. Sorry victorian nail spa, dont think Ill return TOO EXPENSIVE

They give a great foot, legs and hand massage after painting your nails! Also very clean, they always use disposable tools for nail filing and foot scrubbing. The metal tools are always washed and heated after each use. Its not in a crowded area so theres never any wait. Ive always been able to come in and get service in an instant.

Hanna is horrible. Wished I wouldve read the reviews before going. Cuts toe nails horrible and paints horrible. Same w/gel polish. And $55. Went there only b/c where o normally go was too full and needed one today. Will def never go back

What an amazing experience at this Nail Spa. Vince was amazing!! Very detailed oriented and experienced with pedicure and services. Ill definitely come back. :)
