Went there with my girl on a Saturday, not sure what place some of these pics are from, but they definitely are not representative of this place anymore. The place looked like a factory farm, there was no floor with all workstations they had. They made my girl bleed from her nails on her hands and feet several times, and still managed to do a worse job than I could have. Now most of those things could have been because of the horrible person doing the work, I mean he wasnt even patient enough to check us out, he needed to go out and have a smoke first. But the bathroom actually had by it the station that they clean utensils in, and it was gross, they were repacking stuff back in the packages. There was also a toaster oven by it, why that is the case, I have my assumptions, but I will let you make your own. All in all, the place was gross and she got bad service. Never heading here again and wouldnt recommend.

I had a great experience at ND nails:) I will never go anywhere else. Andy who did my nails did such a detailed, and professional job, he was so nice and careful. He kept asking if I like how they look and if he needed to change anything. It was great customer service. After my nails were done he insisted on carrying my things for me over to where you dry your nails at. I will be going here as long as Im still in Miami. Thanks Andy for being a kind person. Good customer service has been hard to find here in Miami compared to where Im from and it makes me happy that I found a place where I can go to relax and talk to friendly people.

Do not bother wasting your money here!!! They are rude, unprofessional and over priced. The wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment made. The technician Jenny, was sarcastic, unfriendly, and insulting towards my friend. She cut my cuticles, and left nail polish on the edges. I honestly felt like walking out and not paying, but I simply just paid and left no tip. This was the worst experience by far. Save yourself the trouble of wasting your time and money at this location.

After so many years doing my acrylics and pedicures ND Nails & Spa is the BEST place by far.!!! Customer service, Customer satisfaction, A+ Quality, Very well organized Friendly staff. Great destressful atmosphere.!!! This combination is hard to find now a days. Thank you ND staff.!!!

I like this place, Im a regular now. Just like most nail or hair places, SPEAK UP if you dont like something or want it a certain way. I only get acrylics, seems clean, idk about the foot spa area since I dont dabble with pedicures ever.
