Absolutely terrible service. The woman who works there is very emotional and rude for no reason. The store has more than one client and she knows that I put a lot of pride into my eyebrows, so when I went in today I explained how my eyebrows were uneven and to please just watch out on the starting portion of the eyebrows because they are uneven and any baby hairs in that area to please keep so I can easily level them with makeup. She was extremely rude about it the time before and offended and said "I know your eyebrows okay?" I let it go since I tried to be polite but this time when I went in her behavior was even more childish so I was compelled to write my first ever review. I walk in, say hello, and explain to her that I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded and to please be careful of this part of my eyebriws because they are uneven. She was so rude, so sassy, and after I calmly explained to her that last time she had taken out a few of the hairs that made them uneven, she sarcastically placed her hands on hips, tilted her head to the side, and said "anything else?" with a smile. Unbelieveably childish woman, Im not sure how shes still working here. If I say something, its because you have multiple people coming in and out, so its important for me to tell you and prevent something from happening that will take a long time to grow back or fix. Thats called maturity: something you clearly need to learn.If I were the people reading this, I would take my money and go elsewhere and have your eyebrows threaded there for much better service from someone who doesnt act like a bratty 5 year old who cant maturely handle a discussion

I could not have had a better threading experience. Ive never been to a place that doesnt thread my eyebrows too thin or completely destroy the shape and this is certainly not the case with Miami Threading Spa. The true professionals that work there are extremely informative and very polite and professional. They gave me the best shape Ive ever seen on my eyebrows and miraculously didnt even thin them out. I am beyond impressed. The experience wasnt even painful, which was new for me. I am definitely making this my eyebrow place and I would recommend it to anyone that doesnt currently have a consistent eyebrow professional. I will definitely also be trying their other services like a facial or a massage as its so close to campus.

This is the first Ive had my eyebrows threaded and it not hurt or not be too thin. They look perfect and she told me we would gradually work on them to get them to be the right shape, less thin and more even. The lady is very professional and I recommend them highly. Its in a good location right near the Publix across from FIU. Afterwards she applied aloe to soothe my eyebrows(which was nice) but they werent sore because she took her time and was so gentle. Definitely my go to place from now on.

She was SO rude. She accused me of forging stamps to get a free eyebrow threading, even though shes the only one who touches my eyebrows and gives me stamps. And was yelling at me in front of the customers that were already there. I told her it was really rude to do that considering ive been a loyal customer since they opened. I am never coming back and making sure everybody knows about this.

One of the absolute best places to get a natural, safe henna tattoo. I was skeptical about getting black henna the first time but they assured me it was natural & I wasnt disappointed. The designs always turn out beautifully! The brown henna is also available. If you were hesitant about getting henna here, do it! You wont be disappointed & the prices are reasonable . They are the best!

Its been several times that I come here and she leaves my eyebrows uneven. When I tell her to fix it because its uneven she refuses and says and thats "how she is". I hate how the client is never correct. The buisness card says that the seventh time you go is free. INCORRECT ASWELL. The 8th time is "free." Today was the last day I go back. Terrible service.

Wonderful place! The owner made my eyebrows look even and fuller in only two visits. I will continue to come here, Im convinced that threading is the way to go. She really has a good hand and is truly an artist with her work. Very thorough and didnt hurt. Im happy I found this place and the price was amazing. They even do facials.

Miami Threading Spa was great! I just now found this place and couldnt be any happier with my experience. I just moved to Miami recently and have been looking for a place to get my eye brows threaded for quite some time now. I am very happy that I found Miami Threading Spa to do my eyebrows. She leaves my eyebrows great but this lady has terrible customer service. She is rude and gives major attitude. But she does a good job threading eyebrows, but it is more expensive than I see at other locations for a terrible customer service experience. She is also very quick at threading your eyebrows, maximum 10 minutes.

Magel (pronounced like bagel with an M) is super sweet and talented. She has transformed my thin and wax-damaged brows in only a couple sessions. I really love how you just walk in, sit on a couch, and wait your turn. No long waits or appointments necessary. Its a hassle-free environment that I genuinely appreciate.

Ive been looking for a threading place nearby FIU. I wandered into this location earlier today and Im so glad I did. She did an amazing job threading my eyebrows and lip. Its was pretty much pain free, and super cheap too! $10 for the brows and $6 for the lip. Definitely going to be my new go to spot.

Went here for first time and I am so glad I finally found a threading place that does a phenomenal job...Magel did my eyebrows and she was very friendly and understood what I wanted in regard to my shape which most places just disregard what you say and do what they want and you end up unsatisfied.

Terrible experience with this lady. She think she knows everything but never even considers what you say / ask her to do. "Thats just the way I am" she says. Well no the client has to have a voice to what is done with her eyebrows. She clearly doesnt care &I just wants money. Never going back.

I typically wax my brows but I work in the plaza and really needed my brows done, Vibha was super courteous and did an excellent job shaping my brows. I have two different shaped brows and she made sure they were as close to identical as I have ever seen them! I will definitely be back!

I walked into this place randomly after seeing a sign for eyebrow threading and definitely had one of the best experiences ever. It was empty, so no wait at all, and the lady was so so sweet! She was funny and friendly and did an amazing job! My new go to threading spa for sure.

This is the best place for eyebrows. The location is great and convenient. Megal is very professional and does an amazing job every time!! Highly recommend the services here, you cannot go wrong... Get the growth oil for eyebrows and you wont be sorry- it works wonders!! :)
