If I could put 0 stars, I would. I went to the place for Brazilian waxes a few times. My first few experiences were good then I dont know what happened that this place turned into crap. After my first 3 waxes, I saw a lot of new faces, people that didnt know what they were doing. One lady couldnt even take the wax off at the right time & would continuously pull my hair saying "oh sorry not ready haha." They started double dipping as well which is disgusting. Another lady I tried, Dairys which I would say was the best waxer there, started to double dip on my 3 appt with her & she is very rude & condescending when speaking to you. The last lady, I wish I knew her name but I was so mad I didnt even care to know, she would rip off the strips without applying pressure afterwards or even holding the skin taut. It was the WORST experience EVER & that was my last visit there. They even try charging you 20 bucks for a product you can find at wal mart for 6 bucks and another product for 20 that is basically just rubbing alcohol in a fancy bottle. This place is so bad, I would rather go through the struggle to wax myself.

My wife purchased a gift certificate for me at WaxArt, and long story short received a refund after two issues with appointments. I called ahead and booked my first appointment, arrived on time at Wax Art to be told that customers throughout the day had arrived late and consequently there was no one to provide a massage for my scheduled appointment. So I was penalized for customers lack of punctuality, but let it go. So I leave, and book another appointment for the following week. I arrived on time to my second appointment to be told by the secretary that there was no booking for my appointment, even after confirming a time slot with one of the managers earlier in the week. I asked to speak with the owner, of which he communicated jokingly that I must be the problem. I would not recommend this spa to anyone, the customers service is awful

This place is disgusting. I was fired for not wanting to double dip. If this is a professional place, and you are all adults dont you understand that when you are waxing someones genitals and you dont even keep track of anyones diseases and you reuse the same stick; YOU ARE PUTTING EVERYONE IN DANGER. No one in this facility throws away there stick, they use the same one for a whole service. So when they do a Brazilian to a female who has, lets say gonorrhea, they put that same stick back into the wax. And guess what? If youre next, enjoy that gonorrhea on your upper lip.

Funny how Ive been coming to this location for almost 2 years and I never look at the reviews, Guess is better to see for your self. I always have my Brazilian with Angela and also had a facial and microdermabrasion and I must say, I always had the best service. Always on time and great customer service, Never once has the place been dirty. I always see Angela and she is very knowledgeable. I love this place and really dont understand why such ugly reviews.

This place is GREAT! Finally, a place in Homestead that does everything. Service was excellent everybody is very nice. They do full body waxing for men and women. and they even do facials massages and spray tanning. I wont go anywere else to do my brazilian!!! They are very focused on relaxing. i would recommend this place to everybody. And i get 10% off for each referral!

My appt at Waxart was a great experience! The place was very clean and relaxing. There was no wait time and Yudith was very friendly, professional and knew just how to calm me down, being that this was my first time having something other than my brows waxed. All of the staff was also very friendly.... I would definitely recommend any of my friends to come here :)

Horrible place, would not recommend to anyone. Inexperienced employees, will perform mediocre services. Annoying mousey looking female manager and an almost more annoying cream cheese colored front desk person who is a giant kiss ass to everyone around it seems.

I would go to this place for wax and acne facials when I lived in Homestead. Since I moved to California I have not found a place that I love as much as Wax Art. Their acne facial is truest one the best I have ever had.

Definitely not recommended. Extremely unprofessional. Encourages double dipping when waxing. The staff is quite rude. Does not resemble what a spa should be; relaxing, peaceful, and sanitary.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years. Theyre always so nice and professional. The massage is amazing and European facials are fantastic as well. Would definitely recommend it.
