Id been a member for quite some time and stayed because Lisette and Martha are great. Cassandra, when people are leaving negative reviews, try to consider why. You think there are that many random people out there that just decide to pick this company to put bogus reviews? Please consider the common factor in the majority of reviews. Your sarcastic replies are only validating the negative reviews and potential clients are seeing it. When I didnt recall what type of massage I had booked and my therapist said I could have any type because of my membership, I decided just to have a hot stone. She left the massage room to get something and you didnt knock, but opened the door "just to let me know I DID book a different type of massage and NOT the hot stone"... very unprofessional. Just trying to provide some honest, constructive feedback though unfortunately I feel it will simply fall on deaf ears. I do hope you will try to remain less defensive and put yourself in your clients position. Text message to my phone: Is ashamed that you didnt have the decency to say in person all that nonsense you wrote on the internet. Now that you are no longer a member you want to give us your honest opinion, you couldve save us all the trouble a LONG TIME AGO. I believe the one with the DEAF EARS as you put it is YOU not the other way around. Write of things you know cause you have NO IDEA nor do you know the full story to the other reviews. No business is perfect honey BUT neither are clients! Maybe you are pissed that your card got DECLINED, AGAIN, and that we really didnt care if you came back or not. You are a very indecisive person, a HIPÓCRIT, a LIAR, so you should be the last person lecturing anyone on anything. Focus on paying your bills and doing your work instead of stealing time from your job! You are an ungrateful human being and it sucks that it literally took us 3 years to realize this. In regards to the stupid comment you put about the massage, well, if you would turn on your lightbulb than you should think that services are scheduled accordingly and for reasons, but than again if you have never owned a business or even run one your opinion is really irrelevant. I went in for a facial recently and had an OK experience. When I first walked in you could feel the A/C was either off, not working or just high. I was acknowledge (not greeted) by the receptionist while she was blatantly chewing gum in my face while watching a movie on her computer screen, Was asked if this was my first time and given some papers to fill out. Was right away given a 10% off discount card and told. "if you write a review right now I can give it to you on todays visit", Mind you I hadnt even had a facial yet to review. I was later called by the lady whom was going to give me my facial whom was nice but some things need to be taken into consideration. 1) The ladys breath smelled like cigarettes, not good when youre up close & personal with a client (She shouldve been the one chewing the gum). 2) She never explained what the heck was going on only applied hot towels, creams and told me when I would feel pain. 3) And honestly the worst bullet-is the fact that I was not wearing a top, had things covering my eyes and she kept coming in & out of the room! Mind you my eyes are covered and I have no idea who is walking in & out. Finally, while I was getting my facial, it was almost relaxing up until I heard the receptionist cussing up a storm with another client she was conversing with. The prices are good and the place is cute but some things need to be worked on. ***In response to the owners comments: First of all reviews are meant to be taken as criticism from the clients POV not yours. Whether it is positive criticism or constructive criticism one should take it in a professional manner and not childish as you have done so. No there is no law to chew gum like a cow in front of a client and no there is no law to watch tv at the reception area as if youre in a theatre, its just called professionalism which obviously you lack. Second, your petty responses to people who do not give you a 5 star review reflect the lack of professionalism and entrepreneurship skills you lack completely. I have never seen someone respond so rudely to a review - my personal favorite is when you said "it was probably in my head" that your receptionist was cussing. Thats classy!! But no need to continue, respond whatever youd like to this comment as well. No point in arguing with a fool.

I called to get the number of the Doral location because it is closer to where I live. When I called the receptionist was quick to let me know that it had closed down. I was caught off guard so I said that I would probably be calling back. She hung up on me. Extremely rude thing to do as a receptionist who is the first contact with the business. I ended up going to a different spa and spent $400 on a package for my mother-in-laws birthday. You should consider looking into who you hire. In response to the owner. I am not just typing up bogus reviews. I called your location, yes to get the phone number of another, but it was closed. I called specially as a reference from a family member that went to the Doral location. As I didnt know it was closed, any person would assume that the same business in another location would be a great second choice. I apologize that i was caught off guard by what she said, but at no point was I rude. I obviously didnt want to have conversation with her, but her at least thanking me for calling and saying good bye would have been 10 times more professional then simply hanging up on me. If she had at least done that, i would have called back to spend my money with you. I could care less about how the spa runs given the package wasnt for me in the first place. But I want to make sure that my mother in law goes to a place that is professional and has polite employees. Why would I call back or spend money at a place that hung up on me? Would you?

I called yesterday to set up an appointment for today. They took forever to answer the phone. When they finally answered (with a noisy music on the background) I was able to set up my appointment. Ten minutes later the lady called me asking for the name of another client. I had to tell her twice, because she could not hear due to the loud music on the background, that I was not that person she was trying to talk to (of course, she mixed the clients information). This morning, I called three times to cancel my appointment because I was not going to be able to make it. The lady, in a very rude tone told me that it would be nice if I let them know 24 hours in advance. First of all, if I set up my appointment less than 24 hours in advance, there is no way I can cancel it 24 hours in advance. Second, and this is what I told her, if they answer the phone when people call, I would have been able to cancel my appointment earlier than I actually did. Then, the rude lady hung up the phone on me saying that they lose money if people dont cancel at least 24 in advance. They will actually lose money for being rude because I was thinking to reschedule for a later time but she was so rude that, at least, my money they already lost it.
