I called asking questions regarding the difference between keratin treatments and botox and the pricing. The lady that answered the phone ask me the length of my hair in which i told her my hair was long and a little below my bra strap, she then gave me a price of $100 for the keratin and $180-$200 for the botox. After speaking with a hair stylist, who was excellent at describing the difference i made an appt to do the botox. I get there this morning and the hair stylist told me the price to do my hair would be over $400 thats not including anything else, now that might be the going rate, i dont know, i have never had the treatment before but to be giving one price and then day of the appointment you get a price thats doubled is not professional at all. Is this what the salon does to get new customers? What a disappointment, i was really looking forward to trying the treatment.

Responding to Stephanie Leon : You called to our salon to speak to our receptionist about a hair Botox or keratin treatment .To try to help you with some of the prices that you asked for , she gave you our base price ( base price its not a quote ). over the phone is kind of hard to accurately quote a price . we list our base prices and informed you that the prices increase with length and density ( as other salons do as well). The stylist spoke with you for at least ten minutes over the phone. Once in the salon the stylist did a full consultation( for hair past the bra strap) and was specified that the Botox is not only slightly higher in price but she also explained the package that comes with the $400 price.. which included at home care products and the trim! We are always happy to accommodate clients so our BASE prices are listed in our pamphlets!

We were walk ins. We were given a tour of the beautiful salon, introduced to our stylists, offered coffee/water/tea. We went for haircuts. They stayed and made time to do amazing high and low lights and cut, blow dry my hair. This is an amazing salon that listens to you offers suggestions and genuinely cares for their customers. All of the employees kept coming around, working and cleaning, but always said something positive and asked if you needed anything. It is definitely one of the cleanest salons Ive been in. Blanca did my hair and she will be my stylist as long as shes available. If not Im confident everyone else will do a great job. Love it!!!!

I found this salon thanks to a co-worker , after trying a few salons in weston I was not happy , but Maria give me the perfect haircut and color after taking her time showing me pictures in magazines and ipad she was extra patient and helpful ,my hair looks shining and healthy again ( had some kind of hair treatment that smell like chocolate ) love that stuff !!!! the place its like a european salon( not like a cookie cut chain) tranquil ,and averybody its friendly, also , last time I had a pedicure with Ana and was fantastic !!!!!

If you want to be pampered, this is the salon & spa to go to. Been going there since they opened last year, everyone is very nice and professional, great spa atmosphere. I get my hair done by Maria (the owner) and shes fabulous, I also get my pedicure done with Anita who gives you the best leg & foot massage. If you havent been to Azzuri Salon & Spa, I recommend to everyone to visit them and experience it for yourself. Thank you Maria my hair came out beautiful. XOXO

This is the best salon in Broward. The people are professional and very nice. Alfredo is a fantastic hair dresser. I always leave happy, whether I get an up-do, cut, highlights, etc. Everything is always perfect. If you are looking for a great salon, this is it.
