Crooks! I bought a Groupon for their 6 laster treatments in June 2012. Since then, I havent been able to use the Groupon more than once. They schedule the appointments for not less than 2 months (laser treatments should be done in 4-6 weeks periods to be effective). After the first treatment, I got an appointment for Dec 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm. At 1:50 they called me and told me that you have an appointment for 4:00 pm!!! I told them that my appointment is at 2:00 and Im on my way going there. They accepted and when I got there, I asked them to change the area that I had treated at first session. They agreed to do that but they told me that the new area will take more time to treat and they had scheduled me for a shorter time. That was a logical reason, so I accepted to reschedule for another day. I got an appointment for Jan 3. The day of appointment they called me and told me that their machine has a problem and they need to reschedule me. I said OK! and guess what? They wanted to reschedule it for Jan 30!!! Are you serious? when you cancel an appointment, you should put that person in a priority! Still I accepted to have the appointment on Jan 30, 6:30 pm. I called them on Jan 28th and confirmed the time. And on Jan 29th they called me back to confirm my appointment. All three times, the confirmed time was 6:30 pm. And amazingly they called me on Jan 30, 6:15 pm and told me that my appointment was at 6:00 and Ive missed my appointment.... In conclusion I should say, they just get your money, do 1 treatment, make you redeem you voucher and quit. They wont give you the service anymore... Dont go there... Believe me, they are CROOKS!

So far 2 visits and no complaints. I found them through a Groupon deal I purchased for my underarms, after the first visit I liked what I saw so I wanted to buy another Groupon for a full bikini but the Groupon is only for New Customers. I get it, I should have used the first Groupon offer for the real test which was my Full Bikini but still Groupon is a form of advertisement. Regardless the price they quoted for the Full Bikini thru them is not as bad as most would think. One thing I really liked about them is their upfront pricing. Others like Body Details make you jump thru hoops to get a price. I mean give me an estimate at least, I get it they offer life time warranty but you pay for it some how Im sure. Anyways regarding the bad service a few have mentioned here the girls that have always worked me have been extremely nice. Oh and on my second visit after I found out about the Groupon only being for new customers my technician let me test a spot on my Bikini, I didnt want to buy it yet because I dont know if it will work as much as my underarms and I heard from others the pain is awful. Second visit and last time I shaved my underarms was 9/4 and still no hair. I LOVE IT! One day Ill give the full bikini another try....but I wont lie it was more painful than the underarms, at least the pain goes away once they are done. I think we can bear it to avoid shaving.

Ive received several services at Biovital over the last three years, and I have always been extremely happy with the quality and effectiveness of the treatments, the exceptional customer service, and the clean and well decorated interior spaces. Today, I had a session with the doctor, who took an enormous amount of time to describe the procedure and make sure I understood everything. He was caring and professional, and I felt thoroughly confident with his attention. I have recommended Biovital to my friends over the years, and they have all been equally satisfied. Finally, even though it is in Weston, and I am in Fort Lauderdale, because it is right off the highway, it only takes me 15 minutes to get there.

Ive been going to BioVital for laser hair treatments for my underarms from an EXTREMELY affordable groupon offer since the summer. So far Ive had only 3 treatments out of the 7 that I paid for, and I already see such a dramatic difference in my hair growth, I barely have to shave anymore and I still have 4 sessions left! Ill likely be purchasing laser treatments for my legs soon as well. Their lasers are gentle, effective, and their staff is always so kind! The facility is very clean, sanitary, and always smells quite nice haha. I usually have my appointments with Carolina and I love her! Ive been recommending this place to my friends and family since my first session, its the best!

I have been going to the BioVital Medspa for the last year. I had 1st bought a groupon for laser hair removal. Im thrilled to say that it is such a treat going to the spa. I finished my laser treatment which was skillfully completed. The staff is friendly, attentive and informative. There are many different services available. The spa is immaculate and tastefully decorated and privacy is never a question. I had my 3rd European Facial today and I must thank Carolina for her gentle approach, skill and professionalism. I highly recommend this spa for a multitude of services! And I cannot wait for my next appointment!

I am so glad I decided to get laser hair removal from biovital medspa. After having completed only two treatments for four areas, I have already seen amazing results! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The technicians are very professional and helpful in answering any questions I had and throughout the treatments. I also found the scheduling of appointments to be very easy. I am glad I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to begin my sessions. I am looking forward to my future appointments and would definitely recommend this medspa for anyone who is interested in laser hair removal.

I lost several inches with the Lumicell Wave 4. The body countouring and cellulite treatment was excellent! I can feel it. BioVital MedSpa is a beautiful spa, clean and always smelling good (for me this is very important). As soon as you open the door you can feel a great and positive ambiance. The staff is amazing and very professional. They take time to treat you like a queen and not like a client. I have received other treatments at BioVital and I am very happy with all the results. THEY HAVE STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY and all treatments are very well priced.

Ive been going here for years. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have the best bedside manner in the business! Seriously. They always look out for your best interest and give you the best advice and service. The doc is great. Very professional and excellent at his job. So good. I will never go anywhere else for any of my facial services. I cant say enough good things about this place. Seriously the best place around. And now that they are adding the hydra facial machine(which is awesome), there is no need to go anywhere else.
