I purchased a Groupon from this business for 12 sessions of laser hair removal on what their description was a full bikini. I work in waxing and understand terms for bikini services and understood that a full bikini most likely meant everything on the front and a Brazilian meant the buttocks strip as well. I wasnt looking for the back side to be lasered so I purchased the full bikini. 1) They were hard to contact and difficult to schedule with at first. 2) When signing the papers I notice they say IPL hair removal and not laser. So they falsely advertised themselves. 3) I ask about the nature of the service and if it covered the whole front side of the bikini area. The "laser technician" said it only covers the top area and sides not the lips. Idk who would purchase that but when I asked if I could pay the difference (only $100) to receive 12 treatments on everything she refused and forced me down to 6 sessions and "after 6 we could evaluate". 4) The "technician" is pretty rude/dry. One time she was even late to my appointment. I also know a bit about hair removal and at first I thought maybe all machines are different, but I now believe she has no idea how to actually perform laser/IPL hair removal judging by the fact that only one flash goes off when she starts and then she rubs the cartridge head across my bikini area in random, unorganized patterns. 5) Ive gone 4 times and not a single hair has fallen out. I tell her this and she says no its working you just have to give it time... Or that I had more than one hair in each follicle so now all my follicles just have one hair. Idk how she knows that because it has to be fully shaved to perform treatment and shes never seen any of my hair. I refuse to continue wasting my time and wont be returning for my remaining services. Thankfully their Groupon was dirt cheap and Im not too mad about wasting my money. For now Ill be waxing and warning everyone not to go to this place.

If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. This place is the worst place and is the furthest thing from a spa or medical spa or anything. I doubt theyre even legit licensed. I purchased a groupon for my boyfriend for Fathers Day. He called yesterday to make an appointment for today 1:30pm. This is his first ever massage or "spa" and I use that word sarcastically to describe this BUILDING. He works 6 days a week 12-14 hours a day and does hard labor. He showed up to his appointment super sore and looking forward to relaxing on his day off. They checked him in, redeemed the groupon and escorted him to the room and told him to undress and lay down. After he is completely nude and waiting the massage therapist (yeah right) comes in and says Im sorry we dont have your appointment isnt he system and the 1pm appointment just arrived late and is very upset and we need to see her first. They MADE him get up after he was completely NAKED and leave!!! WHO DOES THAT?!? DO NOT EVER GO EVER OR THINK ABOUT IT. This place is beyond a joke and their treatment is disputable.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, seriously!... I knew this place thru Groupon and decided to try botox for 1st time ,so I went over there ending July and 2 weeks later I woke up with a horrible crooked smile! Was so obvious and i looked terrible so I had to avoid pics or smiling on public ,was really awful,because people who know me well knows how much I love to smile,was desperate and I asked them for explanations and they just said that have nothing to do with them or the procedure, ha! Ive ask so many licensed doctors about my case and they knew was a poor technique since first time they saw me,so save your money in this horrible place,look for better ones or just dont do anything like that...Thanks God botox last 4 or 5 months but still ,was a horrible experience!!!!

I went for Ultherapy. The first red flag was that I felt like I was going into a broom closet. I had to pay up-front before receiving the service (another red flag). The machine was not working...I felt NO heat whatsoever. When I asked the lady to increase the heat level she said it was on full. I felt nothing! She said "I must have a high thresh hold of pain ( I do not). So after 10 minutes of this charade I asked to cancel, and get my money back. She refused and said there were cameras on her and that the owner wouldnt permit it. I have written to the FLorida Department of Consumer Affairs, FL Dept of Health, DBPR Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. I am normally not so vociferous, but they are ripping people off. BEWARE!

Garbage facial. The steamer didnt work. No galvanic machine. No champagne or aromatherapy like they promise in Groupon or on their site. No one spoke English. Very unprofessional and I had to wait for the massage therapist for at least 20 minutes past my appointment time. Cheap products were used. Facial not relaxing at all. Horrible.
