This salon has terrible customer service. Ive done my nails here for a few months and have had numerous problems. One time, I had one woman start working on my nails and then stop to do a wax for another customer. I had agreed to wait until one of the workers said it would take at least 10 minutes and gave me the choice of getting starting with another lady. I said yes not wanting to wait any longer and the next worker began arguing with the man who sent me to her. She worked on me for about 10 minutes angrily and then switched off as soon as she had a chance. The woman who eventually came back did a bad job on my gel manicure and I had to return the next day to have them fixed. That was another long wait. Another issue was them not making appointments when I called in to make them. I was told that, yes, I had an appointment. But, when I showed up, they had no appointment for me. Again, they tried to start me with another woman but I mentioned I had an appointment with someone else. Finally, they were able to start my service. My last and final visit to this salon was when they pulled the same thing with my appointment. I called two days prior, showed up right on time and was told they did not have anything under my name and were all booked. They asked if I would wait for someone else but I simply walked out. The other workers they have to fill in do sub par work and the wait is ridiculous. They are not friendly at all and dont care about pleasing their customers. I will never return.

Im not typically one to write yelp reviews but I had to in this case. From the moment I walked in the girl at the front desk was so friendly I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted my nails to be done because I am someone who is very particular. Since I was getting gel acrylic I always want to make sure that it always looks natural, she recommended Don. Hands-down the best acrylic gel nail service Ive had in a very long time. When I explain to him exactly how I wanted my nails very natural nothing too long and the squoval nail shape he did it perfectly! Literally everything I asked for he delivered flawlessly and clearly wanted to make sure I was happy as well. They will definitely be seeing me again very soon and I will always be very loyal to Don! So if youre looking for natural look with gel acrylics Don is for sure the one to see! Cant wait for my next appointment!

Disappointment RUDE TO DISABLED. Location is clean and spacious well decorated. Professionalism is the issue. When appt was made for 3 people man/ped did notify of 1 handicap wheelchair bound. Had a 5pm appt due to parking got in at 5:10; staff was not ready anyway. Person was not happy complained of having to do everything on wheelchair then said they only worked until 6pm and it was not enough time. We were basically shunned/discriminated. My aunt had just been released from the hospital is a cancer patient and we wanted her to feel good. We left very distraught and upset at had uncomfortable we were made to feel like if we were a burden. NEVER AGAIN! Found another location the girl actually sat on the floor and made my aunt feel special. BTW a full pedicure wasnt needed just cut nails but we were paying full ped price. Thanks for having compassion & being humanitarian guys....NOT!

THE MOST TERRIBLE NAIL SALOON, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, They should be ashamed of themselves. They are so rude, they did such a terrible job on my nails and they couldnt fix it, I was getting acrylic done, she was rushing because she had a customer then someone tried to fix it, it didnt work. I said to guy at the counter to fix it or give my money back, he yelled at me. I hope very soon you close that.....you call nail place, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME PEOPLE, TAKE MY ADVICE AND EXPERIENCE.I SPEND MORE THAN $130 TO GET MY NAILS DONE AND IT WAS MY ENGAGEMENT, I WASTED MY WHOLE DAY, THEN I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE THEM OUT, IT WAS SO PAINFUL... It was December 2015. I feel bad for all the people who wasted their money and time there, such a disappointed and dissatisfaction.

I had made an appointment for 2:00 and lets just say that was pointless. They had me sitting with my feet in cold water for 45 minutes and I had to ask 4 times when someone would be helping me. The little girl cleaning the chairs also sprayed me several times with whatever she was cleaning. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting with my feet in ice cold water someone finally gets to me. The guy doing my pedicure did not even ask me if I wanted to file or cut my nails, did not sanitize his instruments, and did not take any dead skin from the bottom of my feet. And to make matters worse, the receptionist came up to him and rudely asked how long he was going to take because there were people waiting. 45 minute wait for a 15 minute crappy pedicure. NEVER going back.

Very unorganized, despite their useless electronic sign in machine. I came there specifically for a deluxe pedicure and didnt get it. I had to ask for a foot massage when I was told deluxe came with it. My husband got the same thing yet we both got very different services. Even our paraffin was done differently. I was highly disappointed. I paid $30 for a pedicure and I felt like it was rushed. My feet werent even scrubbed like usual...to take the dead skin off. The place is nice but their spa chairs are old and outdated. The receptionist wrote down what we got yet the nail techs got it wrong. and they tried to charge us extra. I really felt jiped. Do not recommend this place at all.

Although the location is nice the service is very unpleasant. The girl at the front desk was throwing F bombs in front of myself and other clients. She told me they would take care of me fast, but I waited for 50 minutes with my feet soaking in water and yet still no service. After asking more than once regarding my service, I was only given attitude which caused me to get up and leave. Come to find out I was not the only person in a similar situation. The client next me was scheduled for an appointment at 5pm and didnt get serviced for 45 minutes. She too was very unhappy. Nonetheless, I do not recommend this location for lack of professionalism, punctuality, and customer care.

All of the employees stand around talking and leave you waiting. They constantly stop and check their phones while doing your nails. Waited about 20 minutes after they finished my nails to do my eyebrows and the person apparently forgot I was waiting. Nobody wondered why I sat there for so long in the waiting area they just kept talking. The "receptionist" literally swept the same area for the entire time I was waiting. I got a coffin shape and they were VERY square, I dont think I should have paid extra for it. My eyebrows came out very good though

Was sent to this establishment today as a secret shopper. Sad to say they stuck me to soak for a pedicure at 4:31 and it was 5 pm that no one had attended to me yet. They accepted me as a walk and took me in within 3 seconds, then left me there not even a glass of water offered. I was then told that the reason I was unattended was because the other people had appointments and I was just a walk in. Their very own receptionit could have easily avoided this bad review by telling me the wait was long and they were busy . But no. So there.
