Terrible customer service! I did a shellac manicure because I was going out of town and those normally last about 2 1/2 weeks for me which was perfect. However, once I got to my destination the day after I had done the shellac manicure, I noticed it was already starting to peel off! Obviously, this is not normal and they did something wrong. I was able to literally peel each color off my nails without using acetone! I then had to pay for a polish change on my nails and toes so my nails could look decent while I was on vacation. When I came back in town a week later, I called and spoke to the manager - who, in the middle of me explaining the problem put the phone down and I overheard her arguing with another customer. When she came back to the phone she had the audacity to tell me I shouldve called from out of the country the minute the manicure started to peel off (really?!) and when I told her that was crazy she hung up on me (really?!!). After calling back furious, she reluctantly offered a complimentary shellac manicure but I would have to pay an additional $12 to have a polish change on my toes so the color could match. Why should I have to pay an additional $12 for someones else mistake? I dont think so. Do yourself a favor and avoid this over-priced place. They obviously cant do shellac manicures correctly, and dont know the first thing when it comes to customer service.

Horrible experience! Rude staff, unprofessional and very expensive. DIRTY tools! They did a bad job on my acrylics full set, and they cut and burned me with the electric file, they were working so fast and when I complained about my bleeding fingers they were laughing. I paid them$40 for a job they did badly. My fingers were hurting in such a way from all the cutting and burning that I couldnt even drink coffee the next morning I couldnt hold the mug from the pain I had. I will Never come back to Tiffany Spa ever again

Chi is amazing with the eyebrows, she transforms me from s werewolf woman in to a human gain! I only do threading because my skin is super sensitive and I get red easily. I do still get a rash from threading but not nearly as bad as with wax. Chi is fast and good, dont be scare if you are in and out in a jiffy, she will still make you look great.

I love this place!!! I have been going to Tiffany Salon & Spa for 10 years and I never go anywhere else! Great atmosphere and great customer service!! I love the hair wash station, I get an amazing scalp massage every time. Trang is a wonderful hair stylist!!! I highly recommend.

Just went for the first time, actually heard about it from here and it was the best experience Ive ever had with getting my eyebrows done. Chi was extremely nice and fast. Very well done. I will never go back to waxing my eyebrows!! Threading all the way :-)

i just got my eyebrows done there for about the 3rd or 4th time and the lady who dose my eyebrows (CHI) is amazing!!! they were horrible from waxing. uneven and to thin. she fixed them and i will never go anywhere else. threading is the best!

I got my eybrows done today by Chi I loved it., she did a great job. I will definitley go back and recommend her very highly besides doing an excellent job she was very friendly. Thearding beats waxing or tweezing.

Horrible, Dirty place, bad pedicure service i dont recommend it at all. There were ants and cockroach on the pedicure chair, the guy just took them off with his hand super nasty for a place well located

I went there and the asian lady distroyd my eyebrows. She cut my skin. Absolutaly unprofessional, never ever go there. Horrible, horrible job.
