THEY HAVE THE WORST STAFF WORKiNG THERE!!!! NO RESPECT AT ALL TOWARDS THE CONSUMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (im talking about the lady with the glasses in the cashier ) and yes i so agree with you betty is too expensive and most of the times the dryers & machines are broke anyways ....... foreal is a total disaster ................ I did a complaint with the " Better business Bureau " because we as consumers need good asistance and much respect i had an argument with the lady with the glasses i told her in a nice way to put a note on a dryer that waesnt working coz it happened that i choose to put my clothes there and it didnt work then , she came back at me with the biggest attitude and yield at me infront of everybody for complaining , when i have to change my bills she always give me the money in a bad way like throwing me the $$$ ,i seriously think shes so unprofesional she is always in a bad mood and transmits that to most of the consumers . HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!! I SAY YOU EXPERiENCE iT , AND YOULL KNOW WHAT I MEAN .

If using only the dryer, the owner will charge $ 2 extra for each machine, plus the cost of use. I suggest: Go to the next Coin & laundry (there are several very close) and can dry your clothes-half hour for only 50 cents. Si va a usar solo la secadora, el dueño le cobrará $2 extra por cada máquina, además del costo de su uso. Sugiero: Vaya a la proxima Coin & laundry (hay varios muy cerca) y puede secar su ropa -media hora- por solo 50 centavos.

I went here last weekend wasnt very nice, the machines are very old I felt like I had stepped back in time into the 50s and not in a good way. very old machines, I had to my dry my clothes twice which of course means spending more money. I used to only spend $10 dollars on wash&dry and i had to spend $15 dollars because of the dryer. I did have to dry a lot of clothes and sheets but these dryers are huge; the big industrial ones and still the clothes didnt dry properly. I had to take the sheets home and air dry them. I went here because its close to my apartment but I will have to research and look for a place that is more modernized.

the place is filthy dirty, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional including the owners. half of the machines dont work and when you complain they have a like who cares attitude. i filed a complaint with the coral gables business bureau. there are better places very close by that you can go to.
