They may well be capable of handling basic items such as slacks and shirts, but please do not take your more delicate clothing there, such as neckties etc. Long story short, I recently took an expensive neck tie to them, it came back with the end undone. They took it back to fix it, which took a week longer than I was told. They never contacted me regarding the ready status because some non-english speaking genius behind the counter entered my phone number incorrectly into my contact info. Once the tie finally came back, it still looks miserable and deformed on the end, and they permanently stitched it up incorrectly! Its totally ruined. Im furious, and will never return, and I urge you not to try them as well. They may have a pretty logo, and seem quick and convenient, but all they care about is turning a buck. Ive never written a negative review before concerning a business, but I had to warn the public about this awful place. Go somewhere else!

I brought my husband military class A uniform here and they messed up his pants. The yellow part that supposed to be bright yellow turn dirty yellow. Good thing my husband have another extra pants. It looks like they just put everything in a washer and wash all of it at the same time. Not going back to this place again! Not recommending it!

lost a load of laundry...then they realized they delivered my laundry to someone else...gave me a $10 credit for my inconvenience. Used it on some dry cleaning....pointed out spots on 2 garments - came back with the spots still there and every other piece had a tag saying "we tried our best but this is best we could do." Not going back.

Dropped the ball on telling me I could pick my clothes on Saturday morning only to be asked if I could return an hour later(afternoon). They still charged me full price. Avoid!!!

They have three different locations, I dropped it off in one, and I could pick it up in another location! That is what I call excellent service!

Great job! My wife had wine stains all over her dress and they took it out. couldnt believe it. Will definitely go back. Happy customer
