This is for the Pompano location... really should be no stars... but since it forces 1... Ill give that to the nice woman who works the front desk (sorry, I dont know her name) and Brett who answered the phone today. They open 9am, signs all over "same day service" I get there around 10am Tuesday and am told it was too late for same day (or they were too busy) but it would be ready Wednesday 10am. I get busy Wednesday and go back Thursday around 11am... Told my order isnt ready.... finally turns out 3 shirts are but 1 is not... tell them forget it, just give me my shirt that not done and Ill take it somewhere else... They tell me "well, it might be on a press right now, so we cant go grab it"... which was their way of trying to cover that they lost it and didnt want to tell me yet... because if it was on a press then it should be ready shortly and I could have taken it. but they promise as soon as its done they will deliver to my house up the road. They close 5pm, I call 4pm... get a call back a little before 5pm... its still not done... (again, they dont know where it is, but havent told me that yet) but they will deliver early next morning, even before they open... Friday... 10am... no call.. no shirt... I call back... the woman who was going to deliver had to go to another store and the guy there is looking into it... I call again... Im told the woman he needs to talk to (someone who works out back) isnt in yet... shes late... because she was there until 11pm so she wasnt in at 10am (not really my problem) I ask to call her on her cell and says he cant or rather wont... then eventually after me pressing tells me shes Russian and her english isnt good thats why he has to talk to her in person... hour later, now they admit they cant find it... but there is a batch of 250 white shirts waiting to go through so in 3-4 hours when theyre done they can look for mine. 5 hours go by... no call.. I call back... theyre just coming out but hes by himself, puts me on hold... says he just looked through 50 shirts and so far cant find it... will call back... calls back "found it" but dont worry you wont have to pay for it.... explain it was supposed to be delivered so I didnt have to pick it up and theyre closed sat and sun.... I do give him the credit he was going to drop it off on his way home... I told him to forget it... I was so frustrated with all the time wasted and running around that I would just grab in Monday. Oh well, first time and clearly LAST TIME I will use this place, they have 3 locations so Im sure they do plenty of business and wont miss me... and mistakes do happen its just how it was handled and all the run around and then me having to keep calling because no one called me.

Worst wash and fold EVER. They destroyed half my clothing and did not even apologize. They were a day late and washed all my clothing on high heat and dried on high heat. Ruining about 2k worth of clothing. The woman who answered the phone did not even apologize or try to make it up. I would not go here if you care about your clothing. They also lost 5 dress shirts of mine on top of destroying my clothing.

They did an amazing job on my moms old wedding dress. The dress was yellowed and stained from over 20 years ago. I didnt thing they could get it back to looking new again, but they did. The dress is white again and I a very happy customer.
