The equipment works well when it works. I have spent a small fortune on dryers that do not dry. Have actually gotten 3 crap dryers in a row in one night. Please leave a dry erase board in here to let you know about broken equipment so they can get fixed. I feel like Im playing poker with each individual item in here. Tonight the 2 dryers I used 13 and 14 do not dry. Thanks.

The lady who is there during is amazing and very accommodating... as for the guy in late afternoon... not so :-) Dryer was malfunctioning and was not drying my laundry... I let this gentleman know and asked for a refund.. his response,we know its not working and you will have to contact the IRS for a refund

The faculty were omnipresent and seemed to know what I needed even before I did......weird right? Anyway all the skids in my underwear washed clean out and my bedding no longer stinks of urine and dead hookers. .......Id definitely go back for the music alone.

One of the front loaders apparently has a bad timer, so the machine gets halfway through the rinse cycle and stays there: the machine will not open while it is in cycle. Online I discovered this machine has been doing this for three days.

Great facility, clean and air conditioned. The asian woman that works there us very funny and helpful. You can go next door for pizza and shop the plaza while your clothes are in the machines.
