I live in Seattle, had just spent four nights in NYC, and was in Fort Lauderdale for four nights and needed to wash my clothes. Instead of the crazy hotel prices, I looked around and found Rainbow Laundry, a few miles from my hotel. Ive used laundromats while traveling in France, Italy, New Zealand, and many cities in the USA. Rainbow Laundry was spacious, parking was easy, the change machine took twenty dollar bills, the soap dispenser was classic, and the machines were worn but still in good shape. It took me ~75 minutes to wash and dry my clothes: $0.75 for a small box of Tide, $2.50 for a small washer, and ~$2.00 to dry ($0.25 each 6 minutes). Highly recommended.

I stopped using this place more than a year ago since the equipment was poorly maintained. I thought i would give it another try today. Bad decision. The washer failed to fill leaving detergent on my pillow cases. I decided to rinse off the detergent in the sink. The sink does not work giving only a tiny drizzle of water. No problem, i can use the bathroom sink. Nope. They have locked it. Why give customers a bathroom anymore? There are much better places with a owners who care about their customers. Skip this place.

Rip-off artists....Send out their dry cleaning and sewing, then mark it up to the customer. Terribly expensive machines....Washers leave your clothes dirty and owners will deliberately direct you to the expensive, inferior machines, then youll have to wash them twice.... Deceptive phonies and liars....WATCH OUT for this place!!! They are financial rapists. They will deliberately mislead you, act really nice about it, take your money hand over first, and then laugh all the way to the bank.

Ive used wash and fold services in the past but was never happy because the clothes came back not well folded. Rainbow cleaned a pile of shirts and they smelled nice, and were folded to perfection! A true A+!

First machine left lint on my clothes, it was one of the newer up rights. Washing my clothes now again hopefully better results. Even though its close, not coming back

$2 per load to wash. Double Loaders arent actually double loaders. Dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes. Hot water isnt actually hot.

In south Florida there are tons of sketchy places and people. this place is a safe, clean and friendly place to do your laundry.
