as the owner of a small restaurant I thought I would not need UniFirst services. I was ok taking the towels and mops home to clean myself until Ross Collette came into our restaurant and introduced us to unifirst and the services they offer. I was a bit reluctant at first and gave him a hard time. He was professional and worked with us to come up with a package that would work for us and guaranteed we would benefit from it. He was right we could not be happier with the service Unifirst provides to our small restaurant. I had no idea how much free time I could gain by using them for my towels, garbage bags, gloves, paper towels and their dispensers, mops and a custom runner with our logo on it that they provided which is a eye catcher when people enter the restaurant its the first thing they notice. I could not be more happier that Ross came into our restaurant when he did. I know have less worries about running out of bathroom towels and cleaning towels, or garbage bags and gloves. Its probably one of the best decisions I made. We are extremely satisfied with their services and their products. They arrive on time every week and supply us with the necessities we need and they take all our dirty towels mops and carpet and bring fresh clean ones. I will definitely use them in the future when we open up our 2nd location. Great service, great personal attention and great prices. The best part of it all is that I know can use my free time for other task.

The company I work for has been with Unifirst for 4 years now. We were previously with another large company that were were not satisfied with at all and decided to try a 12 month contract with Unifirst. Needless to say 4 years later we are still with Unifirst. One of the reasons we have decided to continue to renew is the driver, William Rivera Pompano Beach Location, is pleasant to work with and follows my somewhat demanding requests when it comes to making my payments and ordering T-Shirts and Uniforms for the employees here. He is fully aware that placing the orders and getting sizes and colors correct for a small company can be tedious and he has great patience with me and goes over my spreadsheets to make sure all is correct. Thank you William Rivera for a great 4 years looking forward to many more.

I own and operate a local Truck repair company , before I was using Unifirst , We would try to clean our own uniforms they and would never come out clean. One day I was working in the shop and one of their reps came in and offered their services. I gave him a minute and spoke with him, before I finished telling my dilemmas with our uniforms, rags. he was able to offer us a resolution to our problems. Now 5 years later still working out great for us and could not ask for a better service. These guys are great to deal with.
