I thought it was a great place too, until they stained 10 pounds of clothes with ink that cant be removed. They told us nothing about it, and when we went there to claim a Mr. Todd B. Ferner who claims to be the owner came offered us only 100 dollars for what was worth at least 500. We finally got him to give us 200 dollars, but his attitude and lack of professionalism were really shocking and disappointing. The least a laundry service that ruins your clothes should do is to be honest about it and tell you before you have to find out at home. BEWARE! cuidado con dejar la ropa a lavar. "OJO MANCHA" debería ser el slogan del servicio que prestan. Nos han manchado de tinta azul de bolígrafo un montón de ropa casi nueva, incluido un juego de sábanas que costó mas de cien, y varias camisas de uniforme, irreemplazables. El Sr. Todd B. Fener, que dice ser el dueño, hablando en inglés practicamente nos culpó a nosotros de lo sucedido, y nos compensó con 200 dólares cuando por lo menos necesitaremos 500 para reemplazar todo lo que nos echaron a perder. NUNCA MAS VOY ALLÍ, Y NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

This place is great if youre doing your laundry yourself but if you are dropping clothes off its a nightmare! I go there every week and drop my clothes this week my bill was $59.90 I go to pay for my clothes with a 1 hundred dollar bill they dont except hundreds I give a fifty and a 20 they dont except $50s either hello my bill is over $50 its not like I need change the lady then tells me there a winn dixie down the street and walks away by the way theres a gas station right across the street! I get my clothes home some of my stuff is still wet and I cant believe the way they folded my clothes everything was so wrinkled like they left my clothes sitting damp for hours. I call to speak to a manager 3 times troughout a day and nobody answered the phone today I call back telling the lady tells me a manager isnt there goodbye I tell her dont just hang up I would like to know when I can speak to 1 she tells me Monday. I dropped my clothes off Wednesday was told theyd be ready Thursday night and I cant get o hold of a manager until Monday....glad I spend $60 every week here I will definately not b coming back here!

en estos momentos creo que es la mejor lavanderia de miami, por que tiene muy buen servicio al cliente, y muy buenos precios para como esta la economia, todos los equipos funcional super bien asi que felicidades a los propietarios del negocio por ser buenos empresarios y no unos ladrones como otros, un saludo y muchas bendiciones, que sigan como hasta ahora. gracias por todo una clienta del local

Pesimo me senti super descriminada tienen un horario en la web y otro cuando llegas alla ,llegue a Las 9 y me dijeron que no podia labar porque su ultimo labado era a Las 9 ,super grosera la señora ,yo voy hacia la puerta,y leo que el ultimo labado es a Las 10 y no me basto a la señora y puso un papel donde decia ,ultimo labado a Las 9 OK.

Hours of operation listed on site and on the web are not accurate. According to the attendant, the last wash is at 8pm and by 9pm they are closed. When I was not allowed in, I mentioned the sign on the door that says its open with the hours clearly listed, with attitude she told me the sign has been wrong for over 4 years and I should have known that. Ive been here one other time before and the experience wasnt great. A lot of the machines were broken and One took my money and the attendant refused to try to get it back. I wanted to give this place 1 more chance since its so close to my new home, but it looks like it was 2 times too many. I will not be going back.

I love this laundry its very clean very quick dryers always hot not a problem with the machines. My only problem is i work till 8:00pm i have todo laundry I have two small children when I get there at 9:00pm or 10 min after its always a problem for the couple that cleans there at evening. They wont let you in I told them the time on the door says last wash 10:45pm why cant they follow the rules they dont own that place they just work there. Well as much as I use to love going there I found another laundry closer to where I live. It just sucks for the owner hes really loosing clients because his employees are rude and dont care if your alone with kids.

Barebone customer service and they close 3 hours before the website says they close (website says at 11). So ive showed up at 8, 8:30 and 9, and they wouldnt let me enter, which was incredibly frustrating when I had a trunk full of dirty laundry. At the end of the day, laundromats made life more convenient for me, so I went anyway. If you play by their rules: show up suuuper early, dont expect them to be nice, and separate your colors or theyll ruin your whites, and dont expect them to treat your delicates or important items with care (they stained my french market quilt with some hot pink stuff and completely ripped up one of my black camis)

Es muy bueno diria yo buenísimo y recomebdacion a esas personas que se golpean con las caretas es culpa de ellos mismo porque quien lleva a quien osea la carreta llevaba a esa persona no verdad asi que no culpen al local muchomenos a la carreta siempre estan buscando como sar dinero eso solo en este país ok gracias

Está lavandería tiene muy buenas máquinas para lavado y secado estilo industrial si lo deseas , posee el servicio de tintorería, y los precios super módicos y el personal muy amable , algunas veces tiene sus problemas con el parqueo pero depende mucho de la hora y el día que llegues

Great Laundromat! Clean machines that work and do not over charge! Air conditioning, vending machines and a few gaming machines. The attendants are pleasant and attentive to clients and machines. They troubleshoot to keep the ball rolling for those that are waiting on machines. Over all Im in and out! On the week days theres an old papi that sell fruit and veggies outside, great alternative to vending machines. Parking is always available just be mindful of the weekend hours are when it is highly populated bc its just an awesome Laundromat!

Esta lavanderia es tan DIVERTIDO. Fui a lavar mi ropa una tarde cuando recogi a mis hijos del colegio y se divertieron tanto con los juegitos y el wi-fi. No me fastidieron ni una vez! Es un lugar muy limpio donde puedo lavar mi ropa en paz.

I love this laundry. Hands down the best laundry in Miami (if not all of SFL). A single quarter gives you 20 minutes (what!) thats insanely a bang for your buck. The ladies who work here are also very helpful and seem to always be working hard. The manager in particular is great as shes quickly resolved an issue Ive had over the phone. Its a quick painless experience which is hard to say for any laundry. Coral Way laundry has a loyal customer in me.
