Zero stars. horrible customer service. owner lies and says he will make good and replace a blouse they ruined. basically i was a good client and had no problem with this dry cleaner for a bit. front desk girls are great. i dropped off a creme colored blouse and a navy blue dress, both worn once. i got back a blue tinted blouse and they said they would re clean it and fix it. well that didnt happen. it got worse and was completely ruined at that point. amazingly kevin the dry cleaner owner said it was a manufacturers defect and even called the clothing store to tell them that. seems to be automatic practice to just deny wrongdoing and try to get the clothing company to pay up, which he said they normally do just pay. i got furious and said i wasnt coming back and kevin then asked me what i wanted in order to keep me as a customer. i said i wanted the blouse to be replaced. he even shook my hand and said we had a deal. i even gave him at his request a copy of my receipt for the blouse, twice. at some point he changed his mind and decided that i should just be happy with a gift certificate and rambled on and on about how this is just the same as him giving me a check to buy a new blouse. funny i never got the certificate either that they said they mailed to me without even telling me his new offer. this is the most horrible treatment of a customer that i have had. dealing with kevin at barton and miller dry cleaners has to be one of the most frustrating experiences. he doesnt listen and talks in circles and makes references to un related circumstances to try and get you to just agree with him and go away. sorry i wont be back and plan to tell all my friends, family and customers to not support this type of poorly run and owned business.

I have been a customer for 40 years, no more. I am now a former customer. Pricing is ridiculous. My clothes and sheets have not been available to pick up at when I am told they will be. I have been missing several high end sheets and pillow cases for months. I miss Mr & Mrs Miller. But the ladies behind the counter are the BEST! I will miss them.

Ruined a brand new shirt on my first visit. I sent in a few items to be pressed, and my new gray 1MX shirt from Express came back with a big yellow mark across the front of it that looked very much like a slight burn. I took it back and got a call from the manager the next day; he denied it could have been anything that they did. I wont be back.
