Very clean and machines are new. BEWARE there is no closing time written on the door, only states that last load at 9pm. I thought I was ok coming in at 8pm, I was not aware they lock the place down at 9 and wont let anyone in or out. I was forced to wait for my laundry to dry, which destroyed my highly calculated laundry/errands plan.

I live in South side and take a cab all the way here to do my laudry bc the staff is so great and help out so much even when im struggling with all my heavy bags .. Theyre great so attentive.
